Is that a famous hoe or some random hoe? Asking for a friend

Somehow she’s both, as are many these days

A very talented running back with great vision, decent speed, and nice escapability. And he will never see the field again. He just can’t hold onto the ball.

He looks as good as any of our backs running the ball. Dude just needs to learn how to hold on to it.

If only it was that easy

He's not helped trust, and is now relegated to only playing in garbage time.  His best bet is a new beginning elsewhere, for both parties.  He may figure it out, but for whatever reason, hasn't done it here.

"Whatever reason." Fumblitis is a reason.

Perhaps better linebacker material, then. But I have no idea if he or the coaches at any school agree.

Dude has by far the best vision in the rb room and just cannot be trusted at all with the ball

This. His fumbles are coming after he has gained 6-8 yards weaving through the middle of the defense. It is very sad.

It would be him and Baxter going crazy, still rooting for him, but I doubt we see him much or at all from here on out. That fumble hurt. Vision yes, but he's also hard to get down. Dammit man.

Ricky Williams fumbled a lot. They seemed to manage through it. If your potentially best RB on the team needs to work through some fumbling issues, you give the guy a shot ton of reps against the UTEPs and SHSUs of the world. So, yeah, I assume we’ll never see him take a meaningful snap again.

I’ve never played running back. So I’m not sure if this is thing but you often hear about backs needing carries to get I to a groove etc. if giving this dude a splash carry every 5 games is the game plan I don’t expect him to improve when he can never get in a rhythm.  He needs a lot of Carrie’s the next few weeks against the powderpuffs

Really? I never found Sissy Spacek that attractive. In her prime she was pretty, but certainly not turned your head as she walks past you pretty.

But the dirty pillows

Blowhard says Ricky Williams fumbled a lot.

I say he didn't...anyone got any stats/facts?

ChatGPT says this when I asked: "How many fumbles did Ricky Williams have in his Texas football career. Please only use official Texas Athletics stats to find the answer"

Fumbles by Ricky Williams in Selected Games

Bottom Line Answer

From the individual games readily found in Texas Athletics archives, Ricky Williams fumbled at least 6 times, losing 5 of them across those four documented games. However, this is not a full career total—just what I could verify in a few representative matchups using official Texas Athletics sources. For a comprehensive total, a complete game-by-game review or direct data from UT would be needed.

Google AI tells me he only had two his entire career: one in 96, one in 97. However, who knows if that is true.

I was going to make fun of you using AI but the number is surprisingly hard to find. Problematically, when I reworded the search query, Gemini said he had three fumbles, so it's having an equally hard time finding the real number.

Is it really his fault? The coaching staff told him to treat the ball like it was his child.

Some people make bad parents.

Yeah I think that’s the last we ever see him. Such a bummer because I loved the way he ran. You just cannot trust him with the ball.

I'm using AI because, per usual, it seems like it's the most difficult common stat to find, and because I'm your age haha.

Fumbles lost is very hard to find. I remember trying to find out how many Ewers lost last year and could not.

I remember Ricky having fumbling issues also.

Yep. We had the same issue when discussing Skattebo too.

Until 1997, Texas generally didn't out the player for fumbling, even if the fumble was lost. For example, in '95 we fumbled 22 times and lost 11 but no one is listed as having fumbled.

In '97, we started keeping track of the play-by-play and fumble culprits. Ricky fumbled 10x in '97: 1x each against Rutgers, UCLA, Rice, CU, and Tceh; 2x against okie lite; and 3x against the dirt burglars. He put the ball on the ground roughly once every 28 carries.

In '98, Ricky fumbled 11x: 1x each against UCLA, KSU, Rice, Iowa State, zeroU, and Nebraska; 2x against Baylor; and 3x against aggy. That's roughly once every 33 carries.

That's not fumbles lost, just fumbles. I remember Ricky fumbling a lot, but in hindsight it's not that much given that he had the ball so frequently. I didn't look it up for Gibson, but he seems to fumble every 5-6 carries.

All fumbles are not equal…I couldn’t see the one from Saturday and haven’t seen a replay. I know the numbers don’t lie but is he actually being sloppy with the ball? Sometimes shit just happens…someone mentioned Derek Henry last night. Shit, Bijan lost the damn Tech game with a shitty fumble.

No clue when too much is too much…but two meaningless pushover games will be a great opportunity for earning back some trust.
