We really should have pushed for Ryan Williams instead of Ryan Wingo and sold out for Dakorien Moore instead of settling with Jaime Ffrench and Kaliq Lockett. Our WR room is pretty underwhelming right now. Parker is a legit dude who I would prefer to be our WR #2. If Ryan doesn’t step up his game soon, Arch is going to have to hope that Parker and Endries is enough to keep defenses honest. I’m not sold on DeAndre Moore. He feasts on lower competition but struggles against top tier defenses.

Is this real?

Just say you don’t know anything about either of those recruitments

It might be Livingstone. I'm saying that's not ideal if he is.

Moore/Wingo are #1/#2. Moore is out right now, so that changes things.

Malcolm Williams was the 2nd receiver behind Shipley. That worked out fine.

Billy Pittman was Vince Young's #1 target in 2005.

Livingstone can do very well at Texas. I'm not rooting against him. I'm just saying there's a different level of talent out there that Livingstone simply doesn't possess, and we can't just fandom him into it. It's still a fun story to follow, for sure. I like the way he plays, and I like what he brings to the team. But if he was the most talented wr on the roster I'd be concerned.

Right now Eminem is a more effective WR than Moore or (especially, disappointing as it is) Wingo…

If you woke me up in the middle of the night and put a gun to my head, and demanded that I name two Texas WRs who could not be more different, I might say Parker Livingstone and Quan Cosby.

I’m not sure I believe you. Give me your address and I’ll try it tonight.

He caught the balls thrown to him this week making him our #1. He can’t block for shit and is a liability.

Hopefully, Livingstone will continue to be the liability he was today for all our remaining games.

But does he roll on Shomer Shabbos?

ETA:  something I should have known but had to look up, Shomer Shabbos refers to observance of the Jewish Sabbath beginning at dusk on Friday and ending at dusk on Saturday.  So the answer is yes, yes he does roll on Shomer Shabbos.

A guy that can take over a game, that's a threat to house it every time they touch the ball.  A guy that lines up all over the field in an attempt to get him those touches. I don't think of Livingstone that way, yet.

A possession receiver is a guy with dependable hands and runs good routes, but offers no breakaway speed.
