Yeah, other thing I saw in her FB feed was one post where she was praising Tyler (the dude in custody) for his 4.0 GPA.

When you say "no religion," I'm assuming you mean nothing overtly "advertised."  Or do you mean expressly disclaimed?

That is unusual I think in that part of Utah, which is pretty heavily Mormon.

But I'm not sure all Mormons "advertise."  Especially in a heavily Mormon place.

I said from the beginning they should look for a white guy in Utah that shoots guns.

Well, I mean....the suspect on camera was literally a white guy...in Utah...who had just shot a gun.

Shit, you're qualified to be the new head of the FBI (sadly, I'm not kidding).

Re your edit - he’s the guy that would slip through many gun reform laws.

Was thinking about this topic.  When did the country permanently turn to the dark side?  I suppose there’s an argument that is was when the country was created as a nation with legal slavery.  Or when the South wasn’t properly reconstructed.  Or when Obama was elected (scaring the racists annd the opportunists who manipulate them into activating).  Or when that piece of shit came down that escalator in 2015.  Or when he was allowed without consequence to claim the primaries were rigged.  Or when he won the primary in 2016.  Or he won the presidency in 2016.  Or Jan 6.  Or when he was re-elected.  Who knows.  But yeah, the moment is almost certainly in the past.

Might just be anecdotal but the Trayvon Martin killing was the first time I really noticed the seemingly normal people offline posting some really horrendous shit online.

Corresponds pretty closely with the rise of social media.

This is textbook narcissism, by the way. You could be his closest ally, one of the few people he has publicly pretended to care about, but still he actually feels nothing at all if you die.

Only when the Party narrative demands it. Otherwise, the Dems are in disarray and complete out of touch with the youths

Apparently this is a pic of shooter. Oddly I just feel a lot of sadness looking at this. You couldn’t find a more normal looking college kid or dorm room. Another young male throwing his whole life away for nothing.

Run-up to the 2008 election for me. That's sort of when normal reality started to break, with the reactions to Obama and the whole Palin fiasco.

Wow, Sarah Palin. She might as well be Mitt Romney now. Can we get her in the cabinet?

Correct, not overt.  Its not so much that oh, there would be a neon MORMON sign over the mantle as all the pictures of families engaged in activities would show activities provided through the church.  They would be talking about their kid's mission, their work for the church, their kid's baptism, social functions and sports leagues, all organized by their church.  If you are a mormon in Utah, you're a mormon in Utah.  You aren't just a casual member of that church.  Your life is centered around it.

Not anti religion just silent and I don’t know what that means with a Mormon overlay but it can go both ways here.

Yeah, that makes sense.  A lot of "incidentals" to give away LDS membership.  And it's probably pretty hard to be a nominal Mormon in that part of Utah.

I assume this means they're going to just pretend like they haven't been massively wrong for two days and continue with their planned clampdown.

Same in suburban Texas. Even limited mentions you get a “reason for the season” type thing on a Christmas photo or an Easter Sunday best photo, usually something.

Again.  Horst Wessel, Reichstag fire, running the plays.

Within a year, "opposing the regime" or its functional equivalent will be probable cause for criminal investigation/prosecution.  How do we know this?  Because the regime and numerous regime officials are effectively saying so, and because its supporters are demanding it.

Which tells me fwiw - there's nothing in the killer's background they can use to paint a different story from what's patently obvious. Unlike Luigi there's nothing they can use to confuse about the perp or their motives.

So if this kid decided that Kirk was a fascist and he killed him for it does this make him the left version of Kyle rittenhouse? If leftists are so radical and violent why aren’t there calls for him to be elected to Congress?

I’m strongly considering deleting online profiles and telling imma to delete all my DT and CR posts. I know it’s not perfect and history is still there but still, I’m not sure I’m going to keep talking publicly about anything related to politics.

The right wingers are scrambling but already trying to blame university education for turning this kid into a killer.

The MAGAfication of schooling just got sped up.

The clip stopped in the middle of the woman host saying “what are we going to do about our country because we have radicals on the r…” wonder what was next.

Right. Trump’s FBI has every reason to work 24/7 finding evidence that the shooter has some connection with the libs, communists, LGBTQ, blacks/browns, Muslims, Taylor Swift, etc. If anything like that existed, they’d be feeding Trump and the rest of the MAGA all morning.

The DT crowd has always agitated to shut down CR. The cunts hate free speech, unless it sucks the authoritarian crank.

Nah, they won't even mention it. And you know the qanon fucks running the FBI won't disclose that this kid spent countless hours on 4chan getting radicalized. I'm obviously jumping to conclusions myself based on a picture of him dressing up as a Pepe meme for Halloween, but that's pretty fucking strong circumstantial evidence.

This may actually be a leading member of the Leopards/Faces party running into a rogue Leopard.

I'm almost positive it will be revealed that this kid was a Nick Fuentes disciple, making it much more difficult for Fox News to wrap him in a rainbow flag.

Dude might have never been caught if he had just worn a mask when he went inside to climb the stairs. I don't know how he thought he wouldn't be caught on camera. Maybe he wanted to be caught.

He left the gun in the forest, so I'm guessing he wanted to get caught.
