I don't know man. This is his 5th start ever. Most QBs are Heisman level by start 2 or 3.

Yeah I’m expecting “serviceable” for a 3rd year starting QB. Not asking for too much.

We have had the preseason Heisman favorite (or co-favorite?) at QB the past two seasons. Ewers was a weak link for much of last season and thus far Arch is.... yeah.

I texted a friend that we have gone downhill from the days of Casey Thompson and Hudson Card. This is unimaginable.

I think Ewers was definitely and clearly better than Thompson and Card

Even when the WRs are open, Manning can't throw a catchable pass.

Right, it’s both. And shit he’d have to actually see them before I worry about him throwing it

Pushing our shit in? Haha. No.

Hope you’re right but our defense can’t be saving us all season. They’ll get worn down eventually. :(

Arch probably gets benched or fakes an injury after our next loss unless the backup is worse. Why can't the so-called offensive mastermind develop any QBs?

Texas is going to bring back old school SEC rock fights once we get to conference play.  13-7, 9-6, etc final scores.

I’m down for it

Maybe we needed Spring Ball after all?

That was a weird call. But I guess most people supported it. But yeah. And it made sense at the time but the other teams ranked along with us don’t look this shittay.

This version of offense is going to get shutout in SEC play

We'll see we were in position to get some scores against Ohio State.

And the SEC isn't that great.

There is just no way he's that bad. Stroh is not a P4 level interior OL.

I’ve been focusing on him all game and that’s the fourth play I’ve tracked on which he blocked air.

He is an actual liability. Not only does he fail to block anyone on several plays, he actually gets in the way of other OL.

He took out the lead blocker on the play by going low. Thats been illegal for a few years now. I mean, the injury shows why it’s illegal.

I get it, but it still annoys me. Chop blocks are still legal at the LOS if done correctly.

The teams we play get worse every week and yet Arch looks worse and worse. It’s like he forgot how to throw a ball.

How do we feel about Shane Gillis repping UT gear for Bud Light

Put him in at QB. Can’t be worse and he has eligibility

Need a QB switch.  Not watching Chris Simms v2.

Yeah, Simms one of Texas’ top 10 QBs was such a disappointment. We have the stupidest fans.

Not really when you know what the real problem is with this team. It’s not the quarterbacks. It’s the guy coaching them and calling plays. Eventually, the rest of you are going to have to face that, but it’s gonna be an ugly road for those who are in denial.

he coached for Quinn for three years and the problems never went away. This is his third with arch  and this offense still looks terrible. Meanwhile, Tennessee scored more points against Georgia in the first quarter than this guy will the entire game when we go there.  Reality is a bitch.

All of us know Caldwell, we are all clearly people who are way too invested in this team
