Lee Grimes has experience as a GA at aggy and Minnesota, and three years as an OL coach at Southern East Texas Baptist University.

I hope he gets the promotion.

Grimes has quickly bought in to aggy. Little brother syndrome and everything

How many PWOs is it now?  Ten or more? Herman is recruiting depth to put pressure on the depth for petessakes.  Between the calculated PWO recruiting and promotion (each guy gettin a photo set and internet shout out for committing), and Herman's JUCO and CC scouting, he's proving over and over that he's in an elite class of recruiters.  I don't know if advanced football stats has a WAR equivalent, but Gary Johnson Calvin must have had decent WARs.  Those two were massive recruiting victories.

Obviously his staff is doing good work in traditional HS recruiting, too.

I guess there are no surprises for Wednesday (at least none that we know of yet).

Wasn't there a DL from a private school in Houston?

He had to plan the honeymoon. Which is in Prague (surprisingly fun and culturally engaging choice, but BRR in February), so give it a month out to book plane tickets and hotels.

I hope that he stays in a better hostel than I did.  (The one above the train station.)

PS- There's skiing nearby this time of year, so after freezing their asses off walking the Charles Bridge and perhaps watching some cops kick a homeless man who was lying on the ground (like I watched), they can hit the slopes... though I'm sure that he'll just hit a bunch of boutique shops and post photos of the dope swag that they've got there. (Plus, if there are Starbucks there now, he'll get a photo of himself in front of every location.)

He's certainly not experienced or qualified for the job. My concern is that he's Craig 2.0.

I mean, i have mixed feelings here. Theyve already got craig and de peveto and the king of all bagmen, Austin Thomas on staff. Its not like theyre short guys who will pay the kids/families/trainers. Having one more or less doesnt mean shit, imo. If craig left people would still be getting paid, same as before.

The question is, is he making a bad hire, or a comfort hire. This guy has no ties to Jimbo, his ties are to aTm, where he played. So is Jimbo hiring him because hes talented? Does Jimbo even know how to recognize a talented O Line coach? Is he a good recruiter with his limited sample size? What does his sell become with this kid to recruits? “Come play for this kid in his first real college coaching job!”  We’d all probably prefer he hire rick trickett, or even better Jim Turner stay put. But if he promotes this guy, its not exactly going out and getting the top talent either.

Shepard at 1 pm. Dang, I hope there's no surprises on this one.

I really want him. I think he will be a friggin' monster on the line. Herman wants to grind mid-tier Big 12 teams to dust, and Shep is the man for the job.

When does Henry sign? Do we know? Appears to be Fayetteville, I guess, but has Arkansas ever won anything football in the SEC? I'm okay with a surprise on this one.

I think it might help if you tweeted at Henry
