Kangaroos. Went there my freshman year. Back in the 80s when the drinking age was 18. There was an on-campus pub that served Foster’s.

Was in Australia recently. Asked some of the locals about Fosters and they just laughed. It's their version of Keystone.

In the late '50s, early '60s they had a live kangaroo mascot kept on campus.  Katie the Kangaroo. My grandmother lived down the street and we would walk down and see her.  Aunt had a maroon and gold plushie kangaroo from when she attended.

Looch is still peddling doo-doo to the sheep.

That one will be back to haunt him just like all the others.

It's just astonishing how the greatest conference ever added 2 historical blueblood programs and got easier. For Texas anyway.

And Texas will have played Georgia 3 times in 2 seasons (at least) and aggy has played them once in 15

They aren’t a little brother anymore because they’ve been dumped in the Baby Moses box at the fire station.

First, that’s incorrect and embarrassing  English for the leader of anything, including an agricultural and mechanical college. Second, it’s a double negative so he is actually saying they are someone’s little brother. Fing dumb Aggie.

To be fair, he was drunk.

Surprised Earley hasn’t been fired yet. Maybe they’re working out an extension.

Wonder what his actual buyout is. Also wonder if he ends up in Austin next year 👀

Is his claim they’re our little cousin now? The fatherless child of some whore we’ve been banging?

Red headed step-child.

Sorry MIA.

He got a nice little dead cat bounce at the end. They’ll shuffle the deck chairs of assistant coaches and he gets another year. Gets swept at home by Texas in 26, he gone. They have to keep some powder dry for Elko if he loses to Texas again

If?

Barring disaster, aggy doesn't have the talent, depth, or coaching to hang with the Longhorns.

If you have to say it...

This. He essentially admits it in his denial, merely claiming that he brought it to an end.

Well, one must remember that different languages treat double negatives differently. Take Spanish for example. In Sharp's defense, we may not be familiar with the intricacies of EATME (East Anglo-Texan Moronic English, also known more succinctly as Anglo-Texan Moron or ATM).

Not to be too impolitic, but aggy is less a "little brother" and more of a "slightly retarded second cousin" at this point. Or maybe not so slightly.

They aren't "little" brother thanks to their near-open enrollment. They are the younger brother who got fat in an effort to no longer be little.

Sorry to break it to you, little buddy. You'll always be who you are.

I wouldn't  be surprised to see aggy get in. It's a "feel good" story for many non-sips, and the TV money pretty much rules sports.

Feel good doesn't get you into the tournament, RPI does.  aggy has an RPI of 50, which is well past the cutoff for an at-large.

I didn't say I think aggy gets in, I said it wouldn't surprise me if they do.

TV runs the sports world, and if TV thinks aggy will bring meaningful additional advertising revenue, then aggy will be part of the show.

If it happens - which, by the way, I certainly doubt - it will be pitched as "feel good". The plucky aggy fightin' 12th man coming back from the adversity of having their coach kidnapped by the evil whorns and their fingers broken... what could feel better than that?

While I would love to keep Tulo’ around as long as he’ll stay, that would be interesting. The aggy boards would immediately jump to the “Earley was a plant to bring down the bestus baseball program in the country in historically embarrassing fashion!”

The only dumb asses who believe that are aggy.  Nobody else cares about them, other than to point and laugh.
