Eh idk this year feels different.  Shamu has them playing really well, fast, cohesive.

I blame stupid ass ND for not doing their job early in the season

ND choked the shit out of that game. Unbelievable.

So, again, they can't.  They are even more broke than usual.  Their AD was very specific this summer about the need to cut expenses at every sport and that most likely involves having to rework existing contracts.

If they finish 4-0 I Sark should lose whatever hand he jerks off with.

So you're suggesting we behead Loreal? Football is serious, I get it. I'm down. It would be better than stabbing my neighbor and his entire family or throw petrol into a homeless camp and set it on fire just to see how many notice they're on fire or if their Stevens-Johnson syndrome is on full alert.

So, is this Missouri backup QB any good?

No one knows. He’s a true freshman. Good offer list, decently ranked recruit out of PA with plenty of Big Ten and SEC offers, likely not the top target for the big ones. He was 3rd string so assume Eli wanted him to have more time to develop.

So basically, Aggy walks.

Lol. The ref made a facemask symbol and then called unnecessary roughness.  If your gonna have your refs cheat SEC you should probably train them better

Was a BS call. Reed pretended to keep the ball and the defender tackled him.

Helluva draw for the Ags this year (Texas’ draw is pretty favorable also, for the record)

Texas still plays/played 4 teams that are above all of A&Ms opponents.

So as we learned yesterday, no. No he is not. He's a true frosh so I won't give him too much shit, but he has a long ways to go to look serviceable.

Well the refs allowing A&M dbs to hold WR's at will didnt help him.

Its clear their plan on defense is to commit penalties and make the refs throw the flags.

True. But man, that INT #25 took back after hitting the QBs arm I won't give them shit about. It was warned. But yeah, their holding was beyond egregious. But Mizzou's OL is dog shit. So much worse than ours. I almost didn't think it was possible. They're so bad. Not even that OL that went in the first rd was saving them yesterday, because the rest of their line looked NAIA.

And that's what concerns me if they come to Austin undefeated...which it looks like they will. SEC did all they could to preserve their Pavia story, they will go down swinging defending their only remaining undefeated in the final week of the season. (Especially if a trip to Atlanta is on the line...the old guard does not want Texas waltzing in and going to the Championship in each of our first two years)

I dare 'em to try it.  Longhorn fans will rain down such an unholy hell of bottles and half-empty nacho boats unto the field, that it will be impossible to resume play.  Television sets will turn off all around the world, and Disney will lose enormous ratings.

You think they want the Ags over anyone else?

I'd imagine the conference would love an undefeated #2 going into the playoffs.

I'd think the priority of a corrupt SEC is getting the most teams into the playoffs, not the seeding. If A&M rolls into Austin 11-0, they will be in the playoffs regardless. An 8-3 Texas would need the win to be a possible bottom seed. Bama, Georgia, and Ole Miss should be locks unless any of them get upset in their rivalry game and turnaround and lose the SEC championship game.

That's all top level sec DB defense.

Right up until they lose their first playoff game.

TAMU is much better than I thought they would be.  Their schedule may be the all-time weakest in SECX3 history, but you play the hand you're dealt, and they're undefeated.

I thought by this time Reed would be broken and in the portal, they'd be on their 20th iteration of an abysmal OL, and their depth at key positions would've started the annual coaster derailment.

But none of those things have happened and they're rolling.  The Austin game is going to be a dogfight, and I don't think they'll be a chump in the playoffs either.

Not even the weakest of this year’s crop of SEC playoff contenders per Massey, Sagarin, FPI, etc. That honor goes to Ole Miss. But in all objectivity, all the SEC contenders are clustered around the top 25 for sos and there is some subjectivity in any metric you can put together.

Georgia not getting in if they lose to is and Gtech.

On the whole the SEC has been a net winner in realignment but taking aggy is universally viewed in the conference leadership as a dumb choice.  They are a net financial negative to the conference and generally one of the, if not THE, lowest revenue generator.  There is a 0% chance that the SEC is going to lube aggy's trip to the conference championship game.

Huh? I dislike aggy as much as the next guy, but saying they are a financial negative to the conference is way off the mark. Financial engineering aside, they are still a top 10 revenue generator in college sports. They are annoying, they are idiots, but they aren't a financial negative. Ask Greg Sankey to choose between A&M and Miss State, Vandy, or Mizzou and see what happens. Hell, I am not sure Auburn or Ole Miss would even survive that conversation.

Last thing aggy wants texas is at 9-2 and them having a game to give up for us to hit the playoffs

I thought by this time Reed would be literally broken. Every time I watch him scramble on that set of toothpicks he has for legs I expect to here hear the sound of broken bones.

You are clearly not alone. I was certain his diminutive ass would be out by now. However, unfortunately quite the opposite has occurred. He's progressed very well this year and has avoided injury completely.

Just a matter of time.
