Also, I truly hope the Dems have been sitting on this info for some time and leaked it now.

Is it dems, or is it pubs seeing him drag down the top of the ticket and acting in service of Trump needing to win nc?

Honestly can't even begin to speculate what could be worse than the endless Robinson information already out there.

Calling my shot: Robinson has multiple families, and has been paying hookers this entire campaign.

Mark Robinson is legit insane.

He will drag down everyone, including Trump, if he gets forced off the ballot.

This would be a truly shocking development.

That there's something bad enough a Republican could do for his colleagues to ask him to drop out of a competitive race.

Lol. If that's it, it's a nothingburger. That being said, I want Robinson in that fucking race till the end.

But what about Hunter's floppy, veiny cock, and Hillary's emails, and Benghazi, and Obama's tan suit, and Michelle's slutty exposed shoulders, and Bill's blowjob from a staffer while he was MARRIED, and that time Dukakis rode in a tank??

How come the media isn't talking about any of this???

Biased fucking libtards!

Williams described the CNN story as a “hit piece.” The reported story makes explosive allegations regarding statements the national network says Robinson made on an online message board in 2009, Williams says. Robinson did not hold elected office until 2021, after his successful campaign for lieutenant governor in 2020.

“The main ones I remember were that they were alleging he made some extremely racist comments about Martin Luther King, referred to himself as a Black Nazi and used antisemitic language referring to Jews,” Williams stated in the text message.

Completely baseless speculation: this stuff won’t be any worse than everything else we already know about him, but Republicans are finally worried enough about NC polling that they will strategically use this to try and shake up the races.

There would be a mushroom cloud where the Fox News headquarters used to be if Kamala loses the popular vote but wins the EC.

Don’t kid yourself. The Fox execs absolutely want Kamala to win. They know they sell outrage.

Even in today's climate that would warrant a legit "wow".

60% of the country legit hates this dude, but we still have to sit here for another 6 weeks biting our fingernails. What the fuck man.

Nah, feels like the undecided voters will all move towards Kamala at the end.  Why? Because she's more liked.  Independents will gravitate to the more likable candidate.

Say what you want about Trump, but he was the more positively viewed candidate in 2016 and all the late deciders ended up picking him over Hillary.  God she was awful.

You're one of my favorite posters period, but you definitely have the top spot from Sept-Nov every even year. Spreading the positive--but data-based and completely realistic--vibes.

Harris is more likable AND, if polls hold, will be viewed as far more likely to win. A lot of independents will feel the natural pull to be a part of the winning team; others will sit out because they don't want to emotionally invest in a probable loser, and the alternative of getting to self-congratulatory proclaim, "I didn't vote for either of those bad choices" in two years is pretty appealing.

Is the Democratic Party wasting money on Allred in Texas given the criticality of races in other states? Seems like a long shot.

no, it appears they are flush with cash and are willing to chase some long shots.

Plus if there’s a place where you can make Trump play defense when he’s already stretched thin then you do it.

1. This is technically a voting right rally, not an Allred rally.

2. Gary Peters (DSCC Chair) was on TV recently talking up TX and FL.  Both these races are attempts to salvage a Senate majority if Tester loses. (see #4)

3. Senate Dem incumbents in WI and PA and NV look in good shape - shit, the GOP isn't even investing any money downballot in Nevada anymore.  Gallego is flush with money, running against maybe the worst swing state GOP Senate nominee, and Brown is doing what he needs to do in Ohio - I don't think Moreno has led a single poll.  Scholten has lead in every poll in MI and I don't see the GOP or Trump even making big moves there - they're really all in on PA, GA, NC right now.

4. Tester is in trouble, but we said the same thing about Susan Collins (ugh) and she won in 2020 - she and Tester are big ass brands in low-population states where retail politics wins.  So hard to count him out.

5. There's a shit ton of money to throw nominally at TX and FL to see what happens.

6. Fuck Ted Cruz, and even Trump's campaign manager is sounding the alarm that something stinks with the Cruz campaign.

Enforce it? You tell him that Biden will pardon him on January 19th because politically Harris can't do it.

Then you don't pardon him because fuck him. You do to Trump what he has done to people his whole life.

Valid question but probably not, at this point.  Politico ran a piece a few days ago about the Montana Senate race and ad buys are in the can and more money/outreach isn’t going to persuade someone voting against the incumbent.  That’s also why the forecasters are so bearish on that one-Tester is going down unless Harris has bigger than expected coattails.

Anyway, you could spend it in Michigan but they have a good Dem running and plenty of party infrastructure.  Brown in Ohio will run ahead of Harris and is a good fundraiser already.  Basically, if you have money it’s spend it on Texas or Florida.  Both will most likely lose but the donor network in Texas probably contributes more nationally so letting them see it get spent at home helps future fundraising efforts.

Anecdotal here but when I was in Montana a few weeks back (Bozeman and the surrounding area), I saw more pro Tester signs than I did pro Trump.

Like I posted above, it's really hard to poll Montana.  And we just saw this 4 years ago with Maine - I think everyone in the world had it as a D flip and look what happened.

Don't count out Tester until it's over.

Shitttt, remember this?  lol

Cruz is vulnerable. Tossing a bit of time and money Allred's way isn't a bad investment as long as it's not at the expense of other races.

And this. I don't think people really understand the advantages the Democrats have this cycle in money and infrastructure.

Also, spending a bit of time and money here can help build for future races.

Yep.  Dems could use some enthusiasm for downballot TX HOR races and Dems are defending TX-34 and TX-28 and trying to flip TX-15 (ain't no other competitive House races in Texas)
