So Hegseth is advocating for the bases named after traitorous confederate rebels to revert back to those names. Big props again to the 77 million idiots that voted for this. Every single one of them deserve the absolute worst things that can possibly happen to them every single day for the rest of their miserable lives. Yes let’s take off the name Cavazos that honors, and you’re not gonna believe this, an honest to God AMERICAN general that wasn’t a traitor and put back the name of a piece of racist trash currently burning in hell. That seems so very appropriate for this timeline.

Maybe we should also name bases for Benedict Arnold and Iva Toguri D'Aquino

Open one adjoining Mar-a-Lago and name it for Julius and Ethel Rosenberg.

Oh no…I have always maintained that I have no ability to send anyone to anywhere in particular once they’ve left their mortal coil, BUT January 6th and this past election were my breaking point with millions of people we share a country with. They can ALL burn in hell for their vote and they can tell their fellow traitors how proud they are of them for all eternity once they get there. I won’t accept any longer that I call myself a Christian and the there are all of these idiots who are disseminating a false version of my religion.

For anyone that believes there’s nothing after we kick the bucket you’re always cool with me. I will never, ever put someone down for not believing like I do. Some of the kindest people I have met in my travels are Muslims and people who don’t want any form of religion in their life. My mom would be one of those people. She just believes in treating everyone with dignity and respect. Religion never has played any role in her life and she’s my role model for how to treat others.

How does this make eggs cheaper?

Something, something who cares what the price of eggs are just so long as they are allowed to call people whatever derogatory names they want because their orange god king says it’s okay. If he said eggs are 30 dollars for a dozen, but you can say whatever you want because hate crimes no longer exist, well, I think you know how that would be received.

For the people who cry when we call out Rogan for being a POS ... shit like this is the reason why we do it.

  1. Hundred of thousands of trained clinical people worldwide are working on cures and vaccines to keep people safe.  They use scientific studies, methods and peer review to validate their findings.
  2. Mel Gibson and Joe Rogan did some research online

I think i'm going to have to go with #2

Mel Gibson said Kamala Harris “Has the IQ of a fencepost.” He voted for the orange traitor.

Joe Rogan voted for the guy that 5 out of 5 white trash racists also voted for. These are inherently stupid people. They are dangerously stupid people because they are disseminating their unscientific thoughts to millions of rubes who can’t count to potato.

The following is kind of how I feel towards, oh let’s just say, 77 million plus buffoons.

This is good. Smaller lines at the doctors office. More supply of life saving vaccines and drugs for the rest of us. 2/3 of the US wanted Idiocy. Let them have it. Ivermectin for them all and polio for their kids (which I heard can be cured by ivermectin).

I agree with you, but assuming it happens (which I do) I can’t wait to go back to doing what I did before: telling no-nothing southern heritage types that the biggest “fuck-you” from the north to the south was sticking army bases in Texas and North Carolina and naming them after incompetent losers like John Bell Hood and Braxton fucking Bragg. It’s like Texas building a training facility in Oklahoma and naming it after John Blake.

Well in the case of vaccines, it’s not good at all. We are not in short supply of vaccines, so it does not free up more for the rest of us. As vaccination rates in the population decline, depending on the disease, we start to lose herd immunity. Then, even the responsible vaccinated people are at higher risk of contracting the disease from the unvaccinated people around them.

Joe Rogan is a problem for spreading misinformation, but I’m more worried about RFK. He could roll back public health decades.

They (and many, many more) have a pretty good role model that will be taking an oath next Monday.  They look at him and think "shit, why didn't I think of that?''

I’m very relieved to know that the richest men in the country, those involved in big tech, finally had that boot removed from their necks.

It's worth considering (and maybe this is intersecting in the other thread about health insurance and Luigi/UHC) that there is a profit-motive for vaccinations and one should be at least somewhat skeptical anytime someone stands to profit off you (IMO).

Which, to wit, Moderna's stock plummted yesterday after restating their guidance of sales forecast by over $1 billion dollars. ETA link: https://www.cnbc.com/2025/01/13/moderna-lowers-2025-sales-forecast.html

To me, I'm no going to be watching if Moderna tries some "oh you need this vaccine now for XYZ" because their shareholders are going to invent reasons for boosters, seasonal vaccinations, etc.

I hope that's not the case, but it's still worth at least making yourself aware of the economic relationship.

I love how we should be suspicious of anything that might make money, so the solution is that we should place all of our trust in.....a cadre of nakedly corrupt and self-interested billionaires.

This timeline is fucking absurd.

This timeline is fucking absurd.

Billionaire's should arise the MOST suspicion, using that logic though, right? I think so-- never trust the billionaire's man. "Behind every great fortune is a great crime, or something like that." - Batman, probably.

ETA because I googled it and AI did the work for me:

“Behind every great fortune there is a great crime” is a quote often attributed to French novelist Honoré de Balzac. However, the quote may have originated from a paraphrase in The Oil Barons: Men of Greed and Grandeur by Richard O'Connor.

Explanation

The quote suggests that all wealthy people have achieved their success through illegal or unethical means. However, many people achieve wealth through hard work, innovation, and ethical business practices.

Origin

The full quote from Balzac is, “Le secret des grandes fortunes sans cause apparente est un crime oublié, parce qu'il a été proprement fait”. This translates to “The secret of a great success for which you are at a loss to account is a crime that has never been found out, because it was properly executed”.

Appearance in other works

The quote appears in Mario Puzo's 1969 novel The Godfather, which tells the story of a Mafia family.

To that guy: The pendulum will eventually swing back again, you retarded pussy.

you have millions if not billions of dollars, power, unfettered access to the most luxurious pleasures in the world...

and you are relieved you can finally call someone a 'pussy retard' again, to the extent that it's what you mention in an interview.

i just...wow. humans are sick fucks. we deserve absolutely everything that is coming.

i bought a copy of Brave New World a few months ago. im ready for some soma.

It really is truly terrible logic. We've gone through a period where people's legacies have been tarnished because things they said decades ago (when those things were considered perfectly acceptable by most), and now they perceive a reprieve in that. Surely it'll last forever, right? No way that comes back to bite anybody in the ass for saying those things at a time when at least a significant portion of the country, if not the majority, consider them inappropriate and offensive. Good luck with that!

no, we deserve for bad shit to start happening to the right people. that's what we deserve. there are plenty of us that have been fighting the good fight for a long time that don't deserve to be brought down with these cretins

It’s not that detailed.
We have made it okay - nay, laudatory - to be a mean asshole again. That’s it. MAGA means it’s good and right to be a fucking asshole to people…but only those weaker than you. If you aren’t punching down, why are you punching at all?
It’s an endorsement of the very worst of our nature, and elevating it to be admired.
If you call someone a pussy, retard, faggot, spic, n—-er, you are an American hero, demonstrating the very best of what it is to be an American.
What’s bad is actually good, and what’s good (acknowledging the existence of others and treating them with a modicum of decency and kindness) is bad - it’s “the woke mind virus.”
Thank God, America is safe for mean and angry white males again.

Charging "those that make money off us with trade..."? So, like the people that are PAYING US for the goods we are selling at the rates any given market dictates?

Duties are already collected and paid by the freight brokers that bill importers. Those costs get passed right on down the line to the end user. So, the department of redundancy is already failing again.
