He gone. The picture going around was from a business's CCTV

I feel like if he shot a CEO they would have found him already

It took them about a week to find Luigi if I recall correctly.

Delusional conservative with a fake uniform? He'll be identified by his aggy ring.

Hes most likely driving a moron/maroon lifted ram truck with a back the blue and trump flag on the tailgate.

The murderer got interrupted mid serial killings so his plan has gone to shit.

That bio reads like some Gravy Seal bullshit. And the company page is much more “mall cop” than “soldier of fortune.”

Yeah it sounds like he wants to be known as an international merc at least but is really just what you describe.

This guy's LinkedIn and other bios make him sound quite a bit like a mercenary

Fuckin "Praetorian Guards Security"? Running contracts for oil refiners and "the world's largest food company based on Switzerland" - aka Nestle the water thieves?? Gimme a break with the "ZOMG he's actually LEFTIST!!!ONE!!" and actually engage with the facts of the situation.

Good lord, turning Twitter back on was a mistake. Disinformation flows in abundance from there

World’s largest convenience story based out of Japan is 7-11, but he doesn’t want to say he worked for 7-11.

It tracks.

I thought 7/11 was Nepalese?

He admits it on his linkedIn. This guy was not a badass merc but he did have access to cop accoutrements.

Minnesota Star-Tribune rolling coverage of the suspect. Interesting text sent to his "housemates," which itself is not well explained.

https://www.startribune.com/brooklyn-park-police-searching-for-suspect-in-multiple-targeted-shootings/601372993

5:35 p.m. - Vance Boelter texted roommates that he was “going to be gone for a while” and “may be dead shortly,” according to one of his housemates in North Minneapolis who read the message aloud to reporters. Boelter reached out to roommates David Carlson and Ron Ramsey.

“David and Ron, I love you guys. I made some choices, and you guys don’t know anything about this, but I’m going to be gone for a while. May be dead shortly, so I just want to let you know I love you guys both and I wish it hadn’t gone this way. I don’t want to say anything more and implicate you in any way because you guys don’t know anything about this. But I love you guys and I’m sorry for all the trouble this has caused.”

I am skeptical of the “you guys don’t know anything about this”.  Smells like bullshit to keep them from prosecution/civil suit.

Yeah, no.  He'a a gravy SEAL at best.

And yeah, I'm going with hardcore fundagelical with some Africa mission under his belt.  He also has two degrees from a tiny Catholic school, although Franciscan.

It’s actually interesting. Started out American, Japanese company licensed branding or whatever from the Americans, then eventually bought the whole thing and 7-11 is glorious in Japan compared to here.

Not just American, but Dallas, Texan, and founded by the Thompson family.

And yes, the Japanese were originally franchisees.

No, not really.  I think we're going to find though that he was largely a one issue (pro life) nut job.

Let's call him what he is.  An evangelical.  Evangelicals are no different than Islamic terrorists.  It's way past time we start treating them as such instead of giving them a pass due to their inherent stupidity.  Their insanity is not harmless.

Yep. If I'm either of those guys, I'm already looking for an attorney. It's telling that they read the text to reporters; that sounds to me like a couple of guys in panic mode. I'm skeptical that roommates of a probable political assassin are typically anything but critical of "mainstream media."

Well, I'm generally skeptical of anyone over the age of 30 with roommates. I'm especially skeptical of 57 year old roommates.

Maybe @Laxtonto can tell us more about  politically inconvenient truths while apologizing for his misstatement earlier.

It’s okay for me to talk about my job, as long as I’m not specific. I am the Sergeant of a three-man Rapid Tactical Force at one of America’s largest indoor retail shopping areas.

Agreed. The link I gave from the Star-Tribune mentioned that he also had a wife and kids, but that doesn't sound like a wife-and-kids household. The article didn't reconcile the info, but the S-T is also probably in full-blown panic mode trying to process all the stuff it's got coming in from whoever was available to work on a Saturday.

Bottom line is he sounds like a real piece of work whose life may have been falling apart. His guideposts may have all been pulled up -- lost his income, might have lost his family, probably never had a good sense of what his church and his god even meant because he may have never put independent thought into either. Tragic all around.

much of the shit sold as "food" in this country (and particularly in convenience stores) would be considered poison in japan. so 7-11 (and familymart and etc.) almost have no choice but to be glorious compared to here.
