LSU is pretty fucking good dude they are at least top 10

Texas doesn’t even look like we belong in top 15 right now.

We’re not top 15.

Thoughts:

- Carver and Concepcion worth every penny. They bring the ability to explode on any play and the offense needs that.

- Liked seeing Moss take 20 carries although he’s still not the player he was pre-injury. The explosiveness is needed because it doesn’t look like we will be able to ride him all game like we did last year.

- The defense and the penalties. Woof. Elko doesn’t have the personnel he had last year but the penalties can and must be cleaned up. I predict they’ll cost us a game we should win this year.

- Reed plays competent football but Craver and Concepcion are helping a LOT. Accuracy is an issue, he only connected on 17/37. Will hold breath every time he gets hit.

Right now, we will be favored in every game till number 3 LSU. But the football team has obvious flaws and 2-2 could happen as easy as 4-0. Hoping that the bye will clean up some sloppiness but I’m dreading a lethargic team overlooking Auburn (who I think will lose to OU and drop out of top 25). Just feel like a game we’d lose.

This early in the season it’s all circular reasoning when saying whether a win is good or not but both of those teams tonight looked significantly better on offense than us. And their defenses would destroy what we are running out there. If we don’t get our offense sorted out we are fucked.

This 100%.  If our DB’s can stop the WR’s from making plays even with our horrible offense, we win easily.   Good on atm, when was the last time they could say they have better playmakers than us?  But they definitely do this year.

We went to dinner last night with some friends so I decided to record this one and watch this morning.

holy shit what a great game.

gotta hand it to aggy, I mean it’s early in the season, but that was a nice win.

roller coaster timeline in full effect.

Aggy needed several questionable calls in the second half to pull that game off. Their defense is abysmal.

Yup.  Calling this a signature win is peak level aggy delusion.  They needed some low probability plays (like converting 4th and a mile for the tying touchdown) to win.  If ND doesn't blow coverage on a few plays they put the game away in the 3rd quarter.  If ND got a few bounces their way this would have been a blowout.

This is not a win aggy should be proud of.  This is "even a broken clock is right twice a day".

Our D would fuck them up beyond all recognition. Both teams have playmakers but our defense doesn’t just fuck, its fucks you up.

Doesn’t matter, aggy went on the road, won, beating a top 10 team who was in the CFB finals last year. That’s a big win, period. It’s still September though so plenty of time for aggy to aggy.

They were in the CFB finals LAST year.  They not only lost a bunch of players on both sides of the ball but also got skull fucked by the refs last night.  If aggy beat them last year that sure would have been something to get excited about.

aggy comes to Austin this year battling for a bowl bid:

Auburn - L, bigly
MS State - L
Florida - L
Pig - W, close
LSU - blowout L
Mizz - L
South Carolina - L
Samford (lol) - W

That puts them at 5-6 and we get to stab them in the heart to finish the year.

Yeah we will see. At some point they are going to get frustrated.

True but it’s going to take losses for that to happen.

Look, I disdain the agros as much as the next guy but this is the most delusional and asinine shit I’ve read on this website this week and given the week it has been, that’s pretty incredible.

The thing that they really have going for them is the two transfer WRs are not just legit, but absolute badasses. Game changing badasses.

they are going to have to be given that their defense is mediocre at best but god damn I would trade every single guy in our wr room for just those two guys and back them up with walk ons.

ND also dropped several interceptions.

A&M dropped a couple and gave up a punt block. Like I said maybe both teams suck. Time will tell

I was watching the SEC recap show this morning while eating breakfast and one of the hosts was really adamant that the entire country was rooting against ND last night because their loss opens a spot in the playoffs for someone else.

The rest of their schedule is crap and they don’t have a conference championship game to win to get an automatic bid.

That take is not wrong.

Remember when we were all pointing and laughing about how bad aggy looked throwing against air in shorts?

Yeah.....good times

I have no doubt that we kick the shit out of air and probably the scout team, too. Practice Texas is the best team in the country!

Since 1979?! That's funny, sad and pathetic all in one

Remember when the ND coach decided to be aggressive and go for it on fourth down at midfield in the second half? Failed. Flipped the field. A&M moves just enough to get a long field goal. Hey man, I'm a aggressive!

I dunno, that uncalled hold was pretty game-changing.  Yeah, all blown calls count but that one likely flipped the script.

That was a brutal no call. At the point of attack, isolated, and critical to the play. Funny that it happened to ND but my god, incompetence.

You think that was incompetence from an SEC crew?

Would have been 4th and goal from the 21.

So they knew what was coming at still gave up 291 yds passing at an avg 9yds?

And they were getting gashed by the run too.

Both defenses looked like ass.

Auburn, MS State and Florida aren't beating aggy.  South Carolina?  Who knows what the status of Sellers will be by then.

All I've gotta add is that I was not impressed with some of those ND play calls last night nor was I impressed with CJ Carr.

Did the TV show Carr's mom after every ND offensive play?

No fucking way in hell.  Pig will find a new way to blow it like they always do.  I could see Pig down six scoring a TD as time expires to tie it up.  They line up for the PAT, have it blocked and aggy returns it for two points and the win.

Arkansas is terrible.

A&M will be 7-0 heading into 2 road games at LSU and then at Missouri. The only tough game left after that is us, but even that is now a crap shoot.

They’ll be 9-3, 10-2 and in the playoff. Not sure they make the SECCG. Will depend on the LSU game I guess.

i congratulate them on breaking the 11-year streak of no road wins over ranked opponents

domer may end up cratering but they were ranked when they played and that's all the matters

this win replaces the 7OT 74-72 win over corndog in aggy lore

put it on the walll
