Do people really still use baby oil instead of sunblock? RFK's going to block your mRNA therapy when the melanoma appears, although the 'beetus may strike first.

Now do teacher’s salaries

And, about 90% of that spending comes from the states themselves, including local government, who also make about 90% of the decisions as to how it's spent.

9 of the top 10 most expensive high school football stadiums are in Texas. Cy-Fair’s field cost 125 million. Katy was right at 100. That money probably inflates the per student cost a bit.

Your BIL is an idiot.  What the fuck does “relative standing compared to other nations with respect to education” mean exactly?  Also what standardized test applied to all 50 states that has remained unchanged from 1979 to 2017 is he referencing for the claimed  “flat score”.  Is he aware that “education” has changed a bit over the course of that time period?  High school education, offerings, and standards for my HS kids is nothing like what I received in the 80’s.

You should also ask him how much he thinks all the bulletproof glass, metal detectors, security locks/cameras, army of grief counselors and armed guards costs to protect the 18yr olds “shall not be infringed” rights to limitless semiautomatic weapons.

Aside from being smoking hot, this woman posts some great content about the cult. She’s got degrees in Sociology, Clinical Psychology, and public health, I think and does a good job explaining things from those perspectives.

She is super smart, and makes excellent points.

Also, I’d like to spend some nekkid hot tub time with her. Discussing philosophy and shit.

She is smoking hot (although I defer to the male eye's judgement) and that is excellent work on her nose I must say, although I think she overdoes the lip treatment a bit, but for someone just over 40 she does look good.

Until you can book her for the 'water therapy counseling' session you desire, why don't you check her out in Playboy (8 times) or one of her movies, such as Vixens From Venus? She had quite a career before returning to school and getting a master's in Clinical Psychology. She has an interesting bio and here's a little more should anyone care read about it (or order a custom video!) https://www.ocweekly.com/b-movie-actress-custom-video-director-and-sex-therapist-erika-jordan-loves-love/

Not a fan either. I guess I understand why some women do it, and if it was important to a friend of mine I figure it's not my business to say... but it's not my cup of tea.

She figured out a good way to shift gears on her career path choices and it seems to be working for her.

And that ruins her for me, tbh.  Starts making me wonder what else is fake and pumped up, including that pic.

Therefore, respectfully disagree on smoking hot.  Maybe underneath all that shizz, but I can't get past the shizz.

My wife showed me a picture on her phone the other day and asked me to guess who it was. I looked at it for several minutes and gave up. Turns out it was one of her best friends who we vacation with once or twice a year. She doesn’t live in the same state as us, so we don’t see her all the time, but this is someone that I’ve known for a long time. She had so much damn filler and Botox and whatever other shit in her face that she was unrecognizable to me. She naturally has a very pretty face, but with all that shit she looked like a fucking alien. I don’t understand why women do that.

Good point. Funny thing is that while not a Trumper, my wife’s friend lives in a super Trumpy part of Denver so it’s what she sees all the time.

So I ran an experiment on the Reddit Conservatives community. I posted some strong factual information with legitimate data sources that paints Trump in a bad light by his own supporters.

Sure enough, an hour later the entire thread is gone, with no sign it ever existed. Those rubes that visit that community have no idea they are being spoon fed propaganda by Russian bots and GQP political operatives. It’s just so depressing.

“Contrary to a press statement put out by DHS we did not ‘storm’ the detention center,” she wrote. “The author of that press release was so unfamiliar with the facts on the ground that they didn’t even correctly count the number of Representatives present. We were exercising our legal oversight function as we have done at the Elizabeth Detention Center without incident.”

In video of the altercation shared with The Associated Press, a federal official in a jacket with the logo of the Homeland Security Investigations can be heard telling Baraka he could not join a tour of the facility because “you are not a congress member.”

Baraka then left the secure area, rejoining protesters on the public side of the gate. Video showed him speaking through the gate to a man in a suit, who said: “They’re talking about coming back to arrest you.”

“I’m not on their property. They can’t come out on the street and arrest me,” Baraka replied.

Minutes later several ICE agents, some wearing face coverings, surrounded him and others on the public side. As protesters cried out, “Shame,” Baraka was dragged back through the security gate in handcuffs.

Somebody's lyin.

Democrats need to use this. I mean Baraka specifically, but all the rest as well. Go put yourself in position to get arrested for some bullshit, then when they are forced to release you, hammer them.

If they arrested one of the best modern mouthpieces for the Dems, like Crockett or AOC, or Bernie's ancient ass, I've got to think that would really rile a lot of people up.

After moving out to West Texas this past summer, I’ve found Midland’s newspaper to be a pleasant surprise in that it isn’t afraid to report on GOP dumbshittery.

Rep. Pfluger: Renaming Gulf of Mexico needed to combat Communist China
image.png.105d2ef4a5ce39a55a46af6d460fa30a.png

For Rep. August Pfluger, enshrining the renaming of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America into law would be a step in the right direction for the United States — especially in the fight against China.

During his first day in office in January, President Donald Trump signed an executive order to rename the body of water.

On Thursday, May 8, Congress passed the Gulf of America Act. Sponsored by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, the bill directs federal agencies to update their documents and maps to incorporate the new name.

Pfluger cast his vote in favor of the bill. In a statement at the request of the Reporter-Telegram, the congressman offered an explanation:

“I did vote for H.R. 276 this week, and there was a lot of enthusiasm around it. This renaming is one step in President Trump’s overall plan to increase the power and influence of the United States across the globe. For years, our adversaries, namely the Chinese Communist Party, have been taking over strategic places around the world to undermine the United States, and what President Trump is doing is looking through the world at these strategic places and seeking to increase American presence and reduce the power of the CCP.

“I have personally traveled to these regions and seen the CCP influence up and close — the steps we are taking in Congress will rein this in and protect our national security.”

It wasn’t immediately clear how renaming the Gulf of Mexico would combat Chinese influence, but at least two battles have taken to the courts.

The Associated Press refers to the body of water as the Gulf of Mexico while acknowledging the name that Trump has chosen.

In February, Trump moved to block AP journalists from covering the president in retaliation for its style guide decision, according to several news reports on the matter.

In April, a federal judge ordered the White House to restore AP’s full access to cover presidential events, affirming on First Amendment grounds that the government cannot punish the news organization for the content of its speech, AP said in a report on Thursday’s vote.

The Reporter-Telegram — like most news media outlets and public relations organizations — uses the Associated Press Stylebook as its style guide.

On Friday, May 9, it was reported that Mexico is suing Google over its relabeling of the Gulf of Mexico on Google Maps.

The final vote Thursday was 211 ayes, 206 noes and 16 not voting. The lone Republican to vote no was Rep. Don Bacon of Nebraska. All Democrats voted no.

The Gulf of America Act now heads to the Senate for consideration.

I we are going to compare test scores and money spent with other countries, we need to account for the fact that other countries' high schools are not de facto minor league sports franchises, meaning other countries don't have sports or spending on sports at their high schools like we do.

For the same reason that poor people vote against their own best interest. Watch her video, and change "poor" to "women". Change "vote against their own best interest" to "botox their lips".

You didn't have Conservative "Flair". Yes, its a thing. To post there, you have to have conservative "flair" on your posts. You get flair by having a posting history that is "conservative". Moderators will judge your posting history and award flair if they deem you conservative enough.

No flair= posts deleted.

Happened to me as well.
