Oath Keeper is first to plead out:

Prosecutors and Schaffer’s attorneys agreed to recommend that he get between 3.5 and 4.5 years in prison, based on how fruitful his cooperation is with the government. The sentencing decision will ultimately be made by federal Judge Amit Mehta, who is overseeing the case.

According to The Guardian, a breach shared with the outlet by the group Distributed Denial of Secrets revealed that several donors had email addresses traceable to police and public officials.

According to the news outlet, the donors attempted to conceal their identity by donating with GiveSendGo’s anonymity feature, but identifying details about them were preserved.

Among the donors identified was Sgt. William Kelly of the Norfolk Police Department, who gave $30 to Rittenhouse on Sept. 3. He left the comment “God bless. Thank you for your courage. Keep your head up. You’ve done nothing wrong.”

He continued, "Every rank and file police officer supports you. Don’t be discouraged by actions of the political class of law enforcement leadership.”

Virginia State Rep. Jay Jones (D), who is seeking to become the state's next attorney general, called for Kelly's resignation amid the report.

"If these allegations are true, Officer Kelly must resign from the Norfolk Police Department immediately. Should he not resign, he must be terminated," he said in a statement. "There should be no place in our police departments for those who sympathize with white supremacists like Kyle Rittenhouse, who violently attacked peaceful protesters.”

Another donor, Michael Crosley, made a $100 donation to Rittenhouse. He is an engineer with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), a body that is charged with maintaining the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile.

He allegedly used his laboratory email to make the donation.

In a statement to The Hill, the LLNL said Crosley “was acting on his own and does not speak for the Laboratory. It was not his intent to use his Lab email.”

Another donor, Keith Silvers, was identified through his email address as an employee with the city of Huntsville, Ala.

The city told The Hill in a statement that it has been "made aware of the situation concerning one of our print shop employee’s use of municipal email. The matter will be handled in accordance with our City’s Personnel Policies and Procedures."

The Hill has reached out to Distributed Denial of Secrets and the Norfolk Police Department for comment.

Rittenhouse, now 18, has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree intentional homicide and attempting intentional homicide for wounding the third. He is expected to stand trial in November.

My guess is that we will see many plea deals. The Feds and their requirement, to serve at least 85% of the sentence in prison, is a strong reason to avoid being found guilty and having close to the max sentence. These rules convince half of the mafia to turn on their own.

We're going to see about 90% plea deals or more.  Simply because D. D.C. cannot swallow 300 criminal filings on top of its usual docket.

At least half of those are pure misdemeanors and a lot of those that are detained are going to get time served, if much of anything beyond fines.

Those charged, like this guy, with the felony Obstruction count, are the ones that may see some significant sentences.  The judge is the one who said the range for his crime was 41-51 months, before any reduction due to cooperation.  No one seems sure where he got that exactly, as the initial guidelines calculation comes from the PSI, which isn't even commenced until the defendant pleads guilty or is convicted.

OBERLIN, Pa. (WHTM) — On Tuesday, April 13, Rickey Williams, 55, was arrested and faces several felony charges related to child pornography.

Williams is a Dauphin County security officer.

According to court documents, Williams, of Oberlin, Dauphin County, thought he was communicating with a 14-year-old girl, but it was actually a police officer. Williams, thinking he was Snapchatting with a teen, requested a video of her going to the bathroom.

Minnesota cop will be charged in shooting of motorist
According to court documents, Williams also gave instructions on how to shoot the video — and offered to shoot it.

He now faces charges, including communication with a minor, sexual abuse and criminal solicitation.

Sources tell abc27 News Williams is the father of 22-year-old Riley Williams, the woman accused of stealing Nancy Pelosi’s laptop.

In Jan. 2021, Williams was charged with aiding and abetting, theft of U.S. property and obstruction of official proceedings of U.S. Congress. According to court documents, Riley Williams traveled to D.C. with her father, but they were not together during the riot.

Dauphin County confirmed Rickey Williams is employed as a security officer. As of April 13, his arrest date, he is suspended without pay.

Williams is out on $2,500 unsecured bail. His preliminary hearing is set for April 26.

Huh. Anybody know if there was a "Little Miss Insurrection" pageant that day in D.C.? Could tell us for sure where dear old dad was....

what a wild coincidence.  Despite no early warning signs, suffers two strokes immediately after the most grotesque day in American history in 155 years.  I guess it's Floyd-Sicknick Syndrome.  You just so happen to die of something wildly different while massive violence is being visited upon your body by traitors to the Constitution.

The GOP has normalized violence as a legitimate means to win or keep office. It will seem like a win to supporters, but autocrats and fascists are fickle and when one's turn to be cast aside or ground underfoot by oppression comes and it does come, that win will have been for naught.

He’s just a fucking troll. His internet persona is not a real human being.

And apparently people just die of natural causes while present while the Capitol is being attacked. As far as I know, we’ve never got an explanation as to why two trump rioters just suddenly died while sitting in the Capitol.

For apparently being a physician, GRhorn doesn't seem to grasp how trauma can bring on a stroke.  He says he attended "a system medical school"...I'm guessing American Samoa?

The truth is disgusting?

This was the remaining open question about that day. Now it’s answered.

The offenders from that day should all go to jail for a long time as far as I’m concerned.

It's just a way for Big Extinguisher to collect more insurance premiums.  See the person actually dies from an underlying condition like diabetes or stroke, but the liberals write it up as death by massive upper body trauma from fucking 30 pound fire extinguisher bluntly smashed up against your body over and over again.  It's just what Big Fire wants you to believe.

What a coincidence.  Kind of like George Floyd just happened to have a drug overdose and die while being choked to death by a police officer.

Fuck outta here with that dumb bullshit.

I'm sure that will be a wonderful consolation to the wife and 2 kids he left behind. Hey, your loved one wasn't technically murdered, he just happened to naturally die the day after he was assaulted by a bunch of alt-right fuckfaces.

Serious question---I had heard as a kid and thought it an old wive's tale...that people that jump to their death from tall heights usually died from a heart-attack or brain clot on the way down well before they hit the actual ground.  I mean, I don't know how the fuck you determine the cause of death in a 15 second free-fall.  But is that true? I'm trying to think of other suicide techniques where you actually die from some sort of "more natural cause" rather than the purposeful act itself.
