Who is this guy..?

Kelly kept him atop scaffolding during practice during a storm.  Mayhem ensued and kid GA was killed. Kelly should have used better judgement snd been watching out for the welfare of all the people under his command. Failure in leadership similar to Durkin.

All your dreams may soon come true:

https://theozone.net/2018/10/urban-meyer-health/

Monday, he went into a little more detail on the incident, as well as the condition that lead to it.

In 2014, he had surgery to drain an Arachnoid Cyst, a fluid-filled cyst that can develop in the brain. The condition is not life-threatening, but in Meyer’s case, it has lead to headaches.

“I’ve been dealing with that cyst for many years, and we had the surgery several years ago,” Meyer said.

The condition has apparently flared up again, but Meyer said it’s something he’s managing.

Just in case anybody forgot, Urban Meyer is scum. All he cares about is himself, his ego, and his glorification.   He just USED Aaron Hernandez:

That is a solid reminder on just how big of a piece of shit Urban Meyer is, has been & always will be.

That is really an unbelievable article.  Urban had Aaron Hernandez, who had been implicated in a murder, meet with Florida's unofficial team attorney before meeting with the police after the police summoned Aaron for questioning. Aaron got off scot-free, then murdered again.  Urban Meyer's a twisted man.  He's only interested in you as a football player (not a person) in terms of what you can do for him. As soon as you're no longer useful to him, he forgets who you are.

No wonder Florida's players had so many run-ins with the law when he was their coach.

ESPN commentators ganging up on Urban Liar.....

Finebaum  five days earlier:

If Paul Finebaum is reading the signs right, then this will be the last season Urban Meyer is coaching at Ohio State.

The SEC Network analyst talked about Meyer's future on ESPN's "Get Up!."

"I sense (his time) is coming to an end at Ohio State," Finebaum said. "This is observational. I'm watching him. Don't forget the month of August, one of his worst months ever. I still feel like it's a bad marriage. We're hearing him talk about his health. Most coaches don't talk about their health unless it's a very serious situation. I think this is a precursor to him walking away at the end of the season much like he did 6 or 7 years ago at the University of Florida.

"The signs are there."

That fuckstick will say whatever he has to say to strengthen the SEC. He is a disgrace to broadcasting. With that said, i hope his made up story turns into reality.

After another OSU blowout, Urban Meyer doesn't look the same

By CHRIS HUMMER

Urban Meyer is a paragon of consistency in college football.

He’s won eight-plus games every season of his 17-year coaching career. He’s coached three national champions plus two more unbeaten teams. He’s among the best coaches ever. But Saturday evening Meyer had no answers following a 49-20 loss to a previously 3-3 Purdue.

“I was very surprised,” Meyer told reporters. “The glaring issues we had were exposed.”

There are more than a few in that regard, and we’ll get there. First, it’s worth noting just how rare a 29-point loss is for Meyer. The 54-year-old, in stops at Bowling Green, Utah, Florida and Ohio State, had suffered only 10 losses of 15-plus points in his career before Saturday evening.

Great coaches don’t get blown out, and Meyer is no exception.

Only issue is, four of what's now 11 blowout defeats (Clemson, Oklahoma, Iowa, Purdue) have come within Meyer’s last 20 games as a head coach. For perspective, it took Meyer 193 games to lose seven such contests by that large of a margin. That idea leads Bucknuts editor and Ohio State insider Dave Biddle to wonder if Meyer may be slipping.

“That’s such a disturbing trend,” Biddle said. “To get blown out is just so out of character for him. When it happens once it’s stunning. To happen four times in less than three years is just something nobody expected.”

It’s been a trying season for Meyer of his own accord.

Meyer missed the first three games of Ohio State’s season due to the way he handled the Zach Smith offseason scandal. It’s a fiasco that drew the ire of nearly everyone located outside of Columbus and sullied his reputation as a moralist. But that should have had little to do with Ohio State on-field results. Meyer inherited a 3-0 team. He’s coaching what the 247Sports Team Talent Composite ranks as the nation’s most talented program. Expectations in Columbus were championship or bust in 2018.

Those goals aren’t out of reach. But 29-point road loss might be the dagger. Only one eventual playoff team, Georgia, lost a game by more than 15 points and reached the College Football Playoff. And the Bulldogs lost to a top 10 Auburn. Ohio State is staring at a loss against a program that previously lost to Eastern Michigan.

How does this happen? For Ohio State it’s a litany of issues that have sprouted seemingly at once.

Offensively, the Buckeyes have lost their identity running the football. Meyer’s teams at Ohio State never had a run-pass split where the team didn’t rush the ball at least 100-plus times more than it threw it. This year, the Buckeyes are passing the ball on 52.1 percent of their offensive snaps.

That makes sense given that Dwayne Haskins is under center. Haskins, who some already consider NFL ready, is putting forth record-smashing passing statistics. But Ohio State can’t run the ball. Despite the presence of a pair of 1,000-yard rushers, the Buckeyes are averaging 4.36 yards a carry, which ranks 66th nationally. The Buckeyes have never ranked worse than 20th in that category under Meyer.

To Biddle there’s a simple explanation.

Meyer's baby is the power spread and zone read and he just refuses to divorce from those principles despite a quarterback who doesn't fit those strengths. For all Haskins' passing abilities, he’s far from a rushing threat while averaging 1.6 yards per carry. To operate the zone read, opponents must respect a quarterback’s ability to keep the football. Haskins simply isn’t fleet nor does he run enough for defenses to respect that option.

That lack of balance hurts Ohio State in the red zone. The Buckeyes failed to convert time and again against Purdue, and that’s a trend. Ohio State sits 117th nationally in red-zone scoring percentage.

“I think Dwayne Haskins is a fish out of water running the zone read,” Biddle said. “It’s like a fake version of the zone read, window dressing. That’s Urban’s bread and butter. They’re still lining up like they’re running the zone read. But it’s not really the zone read, hence the name the zone read. It’s reading the defensive end or whatever his key is and deciding after the snap. They’re not doing any of that.

“Good coaches find a way to adjust their scheme to the strengths of their players. Urban’s not doing that this year even though he’s done it in the past.”

Penalties, too, are an issue.

Ohio State ranks 119th nationally in penalty yards per game. The Buckeyes slotted 114th last year. In the four recent losses of 15-plus points, they averaged 85 penalty yards per game, “Just not very disciplined,” Meyer said.

Ohio State’s got its defensive flaws as well, allowing 5.9 yards per play, which is 91st nationally. The Buckeyes have never ranked worse than 39th in that category under Meyer, and they slotted in the top 10 the previous three seasons. It can’t be a talent issue in Columbus. Part of the problem is injuries. Nick Bosa is the most obvious name – and nobody can fully endure losing arguably the best player in football – but the Buckeye have a number of banged-up players defensively.

Injuries don’t explain this sort of drop-off, however. To Biddle, it’s all about the way defensive coordinator Greg Schiano is calling games. Ohio State is big, talented and fast. Schiano likes to play aggressive press coverage and blitz often. That can work brilliantly if the Buckeyes quickly apply pressure. It's not happening often enough without Bosa. As a result, Ohio State’s allowed 16 pass plays of 30-plus yards; only 10 teams nationally have surrendered more.

“Schiano isn’t learning from his mistakes,” Biddle said. “He’s going pedal to the medal all the time. He’s in press with all-out blitzes. He doesn’t mix it up enough. I compare it to a pitcher in baseball who falls in love with his fastball.”

Ohio State remains 7-1 and ranked No. 11 in the country with a Big Ten title opportunity in front of it. If the Buckeyes win out and beat Michigan at year's end, these discussions will be well in the past.  Yet one can’t help but think of the Buckeyes’ recent blowouts as part of a disturbing trend. Biddle, as Meyer works through public health issues, is seeing a different coach.

“He doesn’t seem to have that anger,” Biddle said. “You don’t want a guy over there ranting and raving, but he’s lost his edge. You just don’t see the same guy over there. He doesn’t have the same look.”

Nobody worried about him when he looked bad covering up felonies involving abused pregnant women.  That stress he can apparently carry around with bells on.

But yeah, Purdue...that's what's slowly killing him from the inside.

Do these people read their own copy before pushing it out on the line?
