I can’t stop thinking about how many gallons of water were used to make Grok talk about foot jobs. How we have a computer more powerful than all of NASA in 1969 in our hands and we use it to sexually harass animated goth girls.

We are itching for an encounter with an enraged Old Testament deity. Zeus was right and Prometheus was the bad guy, the Olympians saw this coming.

My favorite one of these comparisons is that a 90's era Furby holds more computational power than the Apollo guidance computers that landed man on the moon. Heck, the phone in my hands right now is significantly more powerful than the laptop I got my degree with

Really love this explainer which makes things worse in every way:

”Grok doesn’t have a surname and so when it got asked “what is your surname,” it searched the internet and found a horribly offensive meme and chose that name.”

”Who made the meme?”

”Well, Grok did. But that’s neither here nor there and so let’s move along and explain why it always checks with Elon Musk first before answering a question.”
