Let's be honest, even if she weren't an evil cunt, she would still be butt ass ugly.

Thing is, she wasn't always physically ugly.  She chose to adopt the Mar-A-Lago look.

As a person, she's more than likely always been ugly.

Did any newsorganization bother to confirm that those were deportees from the USA?

I seriously doubt that they are. If I'm right, this is Nazi level propaganda demonizing regular people.

We citizens don't seem to have the wherewithal or fortitude to risk our comfort to slap these obvious enemies down. I guess it's up to the Army. Never thought I'd be pulling for a benign junta to save the republic.

I'd think the billionaire oligarchs that now call the shots would want to bury a guy who defrauded investors. But I guess being a fellow evil piece of shit trumps that consideration. Gotta look out for your brothers on Team Evil.

It’s great when the list of defendants is so long you don’t even get to the substance of the complaint until page 7.

Tariffs are really starting to hit. Expect everything to go up in price. Steel tariffs are hitting. A friend just paid 25% for Japanese goods.

I say everything will go up in price because they deal in construction equipment. Those costs go up, everything down line from construction will go up to cover those costs. Yippie.

I went on a buying spree over the last couple weeks in anticipation of this BS.  Bought a German car, 6 Italian suits, a pair of dress shoes from Portugal and a bunch of dress shirts from Japan.  Suck it Donny.

yeah, my question doesn't really make sense bc I read the statement wrong initially. the reality of what is going on might be even worse. the president is basically pulling levers to close down law firms that oppose him. good times

Like Paul Weiss, except worse, Skadden is a Wall Street firm whose bread is buttered by oligarchs and ibankers.  Totally not surprising, except that they were targeted.

Why?  Suing Dinesh over 2000 Mules.

The deal came five days after the billionaire Elon Musk — one of Trump’s top advisors — tweeted “Skadden, this needs to stop now” in response to a social media post by conservative gadfly Dinesh D’Souza complaining that the firm’s lawyers were litigating against him over a film he produced.

Pretty sure everyone knows about the Orwellian order for the Smithsonian to remove their "inappropriate ideology" already, but it also sounds like they're ready to start putting Confederate traitor statues back up.

It also requires the interior secretary to reinstate monuments, memorials, statues and similar properties that have been removed or changed since Jan. 1, 2020, to “perpetuate a false reconstruction of American history, inappropriately minimize the value of certain historical events or figures, or include any other improper partisan ideology.”

I wish that were true, but Paul Weiss and Skadden's clients are primarily megarich if not outright oligarchs that, if not outright pro-Trump, certainly have no respect for little guys or little guy causes, like civil rights or the first amendment.

I am more shocked that either firm could be found doing anything offensive to the Trump regime.

Most of the decision-makers at those clients probably still don't realize that this is a bad deal for them too, but that's because they're stupid. Paul Weiss, Skadden, and their clients that approve of these deals are trading the rule of law for Trump's good graces. I know which I'd rather be reliant on if I was in charge of a multi-billion dollar business.

Yeah, they're exactly the type that would kowtow to Trump just like all the other simps.  They want their lawyers to stand up for them as bigly as possible, but don't give a shit about anyone or anything else.

Because why not.

https://apnews.com/article/utah-fluoride-ban-43f67153beb3e06ada9d782655fb15de#:~:text=SALT LAKE CITY (AP) —,disproportionately affect low-income communities.

Utah has become the first state to ban fluoride in public drinking water, over opposition from dentists and national health organizations who warn the move will lead to medical problems and disproportionately affect low-income communities.

Republican Gov. Spencer Cox signed legislation Thursday that bars cities and communities from deciding whether to add the mineral to their water systems.

Fluoride strengthens teeth and reduces cavities by replacing minerals lost during normal wear and tear, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Quote

Utah lawmakers who pushed for a ban said putting fluoride in water was too expensive. Cox, who grew up and raised his own children in a community without fluoridated water, compared it recently to being “medicated” by the government.

The ban, which is effective May 7, comes weeks after U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has expressed skepticism about water fluoridation, was sworn into office.

The American Dental Association sharply criticized Cox and Utah lawmakers, saying the ban showed “wanton disregard for the oral health and well-being of their constituents.”

Probably no one on here is a fan of the TSA, but I'm pretty sure opening it up to the lowest bidder won't provide a better experience.  I especially like the part where the federal government would give away all of their hardware to the private companies to use.

https://www.al.com/politics/2025/03/tuberville-bill-would-eliminate-tsa-airport-security-agency-an-inefficient-bureaucratic-mess.html

Private companies would be in charge of airport security instead of the U.S. Transportation Security Administration under a bill sponsored by U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala.

Alabama’s senior senator called the TSA “an inefficient bureaucratic mess” while announcing Thursday the introduction of the Abolish TSA Act with Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah.

Quote

“The TSA has become an inefficient, bureaucratic mess that infringes on Americans’ freedoms and wastes taxpayer money,” said Tuberville in a statement.

“It’s a bloated agency that offers minimal security benefits while causing unnecessary delays and frustration for travelers. We need to focus on smarter, more effective methods to protect our country without sacrificing the liberties that make America great. The TSA should be eliminated and replaced with more targeted, streamlined, and accountable solutions.”

Quote

Under the bill, the TSA would be abolished three years after the legislation’s enactment -- a time period Tuberville and Lee said would allow for privatization and the repeal or transfer of additional authorities.

Within 90 days of the bill becoming law, the secretary of Homeland Security along with the transportation secretary will submit a reorganization plan to Congress that includes:

Spoiler

Creation of the Office of Aviation Security Oversight within the FAA, solely responsible for overseeing the privatization of aviation security screening.

Rapid transfer of security activities and equipment to qualified private companies.

• Transfer of non-aviation security functions to DOT (mass transit, freight rail, pipelines, etc.).

• Proportional reductions of TSA operations and personnel to facilitate transfer of duties.

The reorganization plan cannot include requirements for private security companies to conduct warrantless searches and seizures or extend the TSA’s existence, according to Tuberville’s office.

Congress will consider, amend, vote up or down on the reorganization plan through expedited and privileged procedure, the senator’s office stated. Compliance will be monitored by the General Accounting Office and regular reports to Congress.

“The TSA has not only intruded into the privacy and personal space of most Americans, it has also repeatedly failed tests to find weapons and explosives,” said Sen. Lee. “Our bill privatizes security functions at American airports under the eye of an Office of Aviation Security Oversight, bringing this bureaucratic behemoth to a welcome end. American families can travel safely without feeling the hands of an army of federal employees.”

Gutting or abolishing government agencies have been popular policies among Republicans, who believe the federal government is too large.

President Donald Trump has instructed Education Secretary Linda McMahon to abolish that agency, while the Department of Government Efficiency has been seeking ways to limit government and reduce fraud and waste.

What better replacement for TSA than TSLA? They'd just have to plop an "L" in between the "S" and "A" on their signs and walla!

Plus, who wouldn't want fully automated, self-driven airport security, with the occasional panel flying off during operation?
