Maybe it's due to the telephoto lens but that doesn't look like him. To be clear I'm referencing the un-enhanced version in particular.

if you take the hat off, you will see that it’s just the Putin’s scrotum headband that he makes Trump wear during the two weeks’ between sanction threats periods.

IOW, this is totally normal.

The photo analysis and Bluesky doctor commentary is peak BlueAnon shit, but the most attention hungry man to ever exist’s complete reluctance to face any kind of camera is what raises an eyebrow.

"Media during the Trump era" will be taught in colleges one day.
I was bumping channels while watching commercials on Saturday (I mean, trying to watch college football) and stopped on MSNBC for five seconds. Out of context, but the host said something like "Is it fair for democrats to suggest Trump will attempt to manipulate future elections?" and the guest was like "Well, I suppose, but...." and I changed the channel. Gee wiz, is it fair to suggest the guy who did everything possible to overturn the 2020 election, including giving orders to swing states to lie about their vote tallies, and caused a riot at the capitol in an attempt to cause chaos to the extent that the votes couldn't be counted.... is it fair to suggest that guy might screw with future elections?
It should be more like "Well the American people re-elected someone who has proven himself to be completely untrustworthy with our elections.... so what do we do about it and how do we prepare?"

Um, media is corporate. If they say anything about Trump he will go after their other interests. So he has nothing to fear from them. This is not unknown or new.

What's going on above his eyes?

My guess? They wheeled out a Madame Tussaud’s wax figure and the forehead was melting.

What is your intended meaning? If you're suspicious about the 6 straight days he's been totally missing from public life, why wouldn't you look at the sign of life photos that the White House put out?

I mean, anything more definitive than “he looks like shit” is a waste of time. Trying to offer definitive diagnoses via a grainy photograph is RFK level science.

I'm getting concerned - when was the last time I was thanked for my attention to any matter?  It's so unTrump-like.

Well yeah, but when you get down to it, so is watching college football.

There's a new photo of him btw. Looking comically bad. And sad.

Whoever is ghost-writing these sucks. That reads very close to how Trump talks. But it’s not at all his written style, which is very different. Dude would never use commas correctly to indicate the pauses in his cadence. And he would never type a phrase like “lo and behold” (much less spell “lo” correctly).

Something weird is going on. Even weirder than the usual bizarre state of affairs in this janky-ass administration.

This.  It's the commas and the cadence that's missing.  When you read tweets from him, you can hear his voice.  Hell, Gavin Newsom's troll team can write Trump better than Trump's team.

It's the result of a scrotal transplant.  A medical teabag if you will.

True for sure. He has also been fired already in his young career for selling his company's data to a competitor. If Elon wasn't desperate for talent, he wouldn't let the guy anywhere near him.

Of all people, they would know

Trump and Putin shook hands in Alaska week before last and now Trump might be sick AF, perhaps dying as per Russian State TV? Hmm, no coincidence there. None at all.

In normal times, I'd have some thoughts along those lines.  But Trump ill or dead doesn't help Putin.

I’m not prone to conspiracy theories, but the timeline of events is curious. Especially considering the reports that Trump allies left the summit meeting visibly shaken.

That was my gut reaction, too. Then I thought about it for a minute. The next guy in line is a puppet of far right plutocrats. And I wouldn’t be surprised if he picks Gabbard as his VP.

Search Amazon anti-Trump shirt. That's where I found it. Multiple color & fabric options available. Under twenty bucks. Wore it into my local dive pub that could be rebrandaed as MAGATS for a fantasy league draft and the people who got it laughed & high fived me. The knuckle draggers never seemed to notice.

So Rick Wilson confidently wrote the other day that Trump is dying, and that only his inner circle is aware. Um, anyone got the rest of that piece? Was he just repeating rumors or does he actually know something?
