This one right here is so incredibly cruel and low. This man needs to be brought back the 2nd that fascism is destroyed here and given the ability to be part of the tribunal that will convict the people who did this. You DO NOT mess with a veteran that put their life on the line for all of us. He’s more American than any of these racist clowns.

Why not? They don’t give a fuck and our military is full of people that want this.

This week I have started seeing signs posted on windows of many businesses in East LA that say "ICE not allowed on the premises without a signed warrant." Does that legally mean anything?

I'm not a lawyer, but the way I've read it is that to enter into any private residence or business, ICE is absolutely required to have a signed judicial warrant.

But:

Picking people up off the streets does not require one, because they can operate under an administrative warrant, which only requires "probable cause" (i.e., being brown in public).

I have a similar sign posted above our office suit door on campus.

I think that's the 10th to have died in their custody since this shitshow started.

A business can ban them from private areas of their premises but if they are open to the public, ICE can go into any public space.

What would the criminal charge be for people that started carrying tire valve removers and when ICE shows up they use them so they would not be able to drive away? It’s nonviolent and would make it impossible for them to operate.

Could the owners declare them to be private clubs?

I read this thread regularly and every time I get ragey.  At some point, this shit is going to come here and I’m not really certain how I’m going to react.

Watching that 60+ year old white dude cosplaying as an ICE agent just enraged me.  I want to literally beat someone’s ass if it happens anywhere near me.

I do also drive by the Pflugerville ice facility weekly and flip them the bird while calling them all fucking losers.

sorry - needed to vent

Not sure what the charges are but I would go with tire irons. Loosen a bunch of lug nuts and if necessary you know
