Moved my squirrel .410 next to the door, bought a big bag of dog food, checked the propane tank levels, went for a jog on my land with the dogs. Can't beat the zombies if you can't outrun them.

I mean, I bought a 4 lb bag of rice today when I probably didn't need that much rice.  But that's about all I'm going to do.  If it goes south, I'll start cracking skulls for more rice I suppose.

At first I was puzzled by why you would crack peoples' skulls open looking for rice inside.

Then all of a sudden the world made a lot more sense that way.

Just got back from Costco.  Store was fully stocked and very busy.  Price of avocados was a surprise.  We’ve been doing Keurig pods for about a decade, the price and quantity decrease has me seriously considering a return to the good old Mr Coffee drip machine.

your mileage may vary

Can a .410 kill a zombie?

Eye shot with a slug, maybe, but my tomahawk or chainsaw is the optimal choice. That said, .410 bird shot to YOUR knee is certainly going to allow me to out pace you though.

Keurig pods are a blight upon the environment. Any single use plastic is.

And the coffee is shit to boot.

My childhood shooting instructor used a .410 exclusively when hunting dove and quail. One shot one bird.

Serious question, are we looking at real food shortages? I can do without a lot of the other bullshit that people think are necessities. I guess if panic buying starts it don't make a shit if there are real supply issues or not because hoarders gonna hoard.

Or you can just drive through a McDonald's. There will probably be excess food as China is cutting off a lot of agricultural and pork imports to try and bring the pain. The rest of the world just has a temporary 10% tariff.

Transformers and Ninja turtles are what you should be buying.

The practically of a .410 single shot on land is broader that just about any gun. However, my .410 can swap with a 22 lr. It was less than $200.

It's boring, but I use it WAY more than anything and there is NEVER a run on .410 ammo.

You just buy the refillable cups and put whatever coffee you want in them.

We export like 30% of our food on the whole, so nothing at scale.  Certain things that can't be grown here should be watched.  Bananas, avacados, authentic tequila. for example.

First, pretty sure that's the first time I've ever seen authentic used for tequila.

Next, avocado mafia in California got your guacamole covered.

Finally, won't anyone think of the children.

Serious question: tequila is made (harvested and distilled) within a certain area in Mexico.  What's fake tequila called?

Tobacco is an agricultural product, so I'm throwing Dominican cigars on the list.

And music. Take away UK Punk or Reggae and FAFO time.

K Pop is my jam.

Anyone with even an ounce of creativity isnt going hungry in this country. Sure you may not get the 30 cheeseburgers a month you're used to. Just have to settle for two or three.

If things run low go to the hacienda marts in the hood. They always have stuff. Total gold mines during covid.
