Sure you can pick and choose what you want to believe from the government and media.

When more and more evidence comes out you can keep believing whatever regarded narrative suits you bud

When more and more evidence comes out.....lol. They already know. They are simply trying to craft a narrative. They've had this dude's electronics for days and spoken to all close to him. I wonder why it's so silent Zeus?

He should hire Ghislaine Maxwell's attorney.  "I shot Kirk because I am a trans-loving leftist Democrat with a crush on Obama and Biden.  And my brain was warped by George Soros and antifa on MSNBC and Rolling Stone and the failing New York Times.  So really, I was driven insane, and I am asserting an insanity defense because trans antifa Democrats made me crazy."  And boom, he's pardoned, or at the very worst, sent to a club Fed for a coupla years on a plea deal.

The trans made me do it. The blowjobs were so persuasive

Dude, you have zero room to maneuver with the amount of bullshit you seem to consume from one minute to the next. I can’t wait for the next time you ghost the thread only to reappear a few days later with your next demonstration in straight-faced credulity.

Did we get a public holiday and I missed it?  I didn’t even get drunk. God damnit.

Kirk is a public figure insofar as he fomented and funded an armed insurrection that disrupted and delayed the peaceful transition of power on January 6th. We should only shoot fascists when we're at war with them, and EVERY PERSON in the United States is owed due process.

I don't support what happened to Charlie, but Charlie supported what happened to Charlie.

I notice this all around the world - when I walk in and talk facts - people hate me and accuse me of being mentally ill....

then, they read the words and to the homework and realize.

you like that poem, bitch?

I would bet all of my paychecks that I’ve logged more miles than you since January 1, and I’ve never heard of you. Not even once. Meow fuck off.

Well if any of those people in the various tweets of people acting like trash, get murdered, hopefully we don’t lower all the flags and try to cancel anyone who says they aren’t wonderful people.

So at his appearance in court tomorrow we will see all the official charges? And some evidence? I know they were trying to ascertain whether anyone had any advance knowledge based on some online comments that alleged something would happen to Charlie at the event.

Can lawyer Surlies say what to expect from the assassin’s court appearance tomorrow and what the state of Utah would present?

I know the Governor said he intended to have a press conference following court.

I feel like this post should be entered into the courts as evidence, in advance.

It's a real shame that Andrew Callaghan had that sex pest shit come out because he was gaining a ton of traction and actually does great journalism. Going to take a long time before he gets back to being as mainstream as he was getting.

He's already bigger than he was then. He's fine and it's all come out that it was mostly horseshit.

Generally speaking, the indictment is presented and read to the defendant, the defendant pleads, and an initial bail determination made.

The indictment contains sufficient evidentiary facts typically to support that there is probable cause that a crime was committed and not much more.

The prosecution wants as few facts as it can get away with and wants nothing that cannot be easily proven.

There is some variance among the various states, one of the main variants being whether a plea is taken at the first appearance or a later arraignment.

I've said there's 3 possibilities in this, bud. I don't have a narrative that suits me. I fully acknowledge this kid could be left, right, or a nihilist. I know you're really hoping he's left which you've repeatedly stated on this thread over and over. Also by the media you consume and love to post on here.

I mean, say what you want about the tenets of National Socialism, Dude, at least it's an ethos.

Thank you! 😊

I also read that if the state intends to seek the death penalty (I do remember the governor saying that Kirk’s family will have some input) that they do not have to announce that tomorrow. That they have 60 days I think? To do so?

The governor also indicated that they’d have a presser right after the assassin’s court appearance. So maybe they intend to explain that a bit? Bc I can see a scenario where if the DP isn’t automatically sought tomorrow in court that there will be an upheaval in conservative circles and media. So let’s say that Kirk’s widow hasn’t decided or if the State would want to give her some space to decide that. I’d imagine that they will want to have a presser to explain that before they get devoured by the conservatives. this is just a scenario playing out in my mind and the desire to get ahead of what has been a deeply deeply unsettling week for a lot of us,

She may have already made a choice. I’m against DP now…my thoughts over the years have evolved this way…but I’m not going to judge her if she wants that punishment. I also know if she does not want the DP that the state said it will try to honor her wishes.

So I hope if that’s the case that the Feds don’t step in to alter that wish. With all the unrest happening I just don’t want to see half of people losing their damned minds when the state appears to have 60 days to make a determination.

so my question is that they don’t have to automatically put that down tomorrow? Right? They can also develop more charges if the investigation warrants correct? Or do have time to develop more?

Can someone explain how he got the gun (mauser rifle?) up on the roof and how he got it down with him, where it was later wrapped in a towel and found by authorities? did he carry it in a bag and assemble it up on the roof? how did he disassemble it so fast when he made the escape?

So follow up on the old bald man that we saw be taken away moments after the shooting.

This is according to the Daily FAIL so take it with a grain of salt although it appears from this article they seem to have “credible” sources:

“George Zinn, a 71-year-old Utah resident, was initially suspected of being the shooter as he was taken into custody moments after Kirk, 31, was shot in the neck at an event at Utah Valley University last week.

Police documents now claim Zinn - who has several prior arrests for trespassing - admitted to causing a distraction to keep law enforcement away from the shooter, now alleged to be 22-year-old Tyler Robinson.

Zinn had repeatedly asked to see his attorney before making the confession.

He was later taken to a hospital to deal with a pre-existing medical condition and made a further disturbing admission, saying he 'wanted to be a martyr for the person who was shot.'

Zinn was released from the hospital and then taken to the Utah County Jail after being ordered by a judge Monday to be held without bail, according to Utah Political Watch.

He faces second-degree felony obstruction of justice as police believe they had to take resources away from finding the real killer to attend to Zinn.

After it became clear that Zinn was not the gunman who killed Kirk, he was identified by Utah residents as a well-known political activist with a number of small-time arrests to his name.

He is known to frequently show up at protests and demonstrations in the state, and Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill told the Tribune that his office has prosecuted Zinn numerous times dating back to the 1980s.

Many of his arrests were for trespassing, Gill said, as he described Zinn as a libertarian conservative who would 'give me a hard time for being a Dem'

'He’s a person who can be odd, and has those kinds of odd behavior challenges,' Gill said, adding that 'by and large, he’s more of a gadfly than anything else'.

Gill said that his office had tried to get Zinn into mental health court for past misdemeanor charges, but he 'never really participated in that'.

Zinn's most serious arrest came in 2013, when he was charged with threatening to plant bombs at the finish line of the Salt Lake City Marathon.

I seriously thought This shit seriously cannot get any fucking weirder. The dude was even a spectator years ago during the Kobe Bryant case in Colorado. This shit will get much fucking weirder.

1) there probably won’t be an indictment yet, just a complaint.

2) When they obtain indictment from a grand jury, it won’t have any facts, just an allegation of the statutes he violated.

3) Sorry Nicole, you are going to have to wait for the next Dateline because nothing substantive is going to happen at this first court setting.

Lots of experts on different channels saying different things: I’ve perused the CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, FOX and Court TV route. In this one way I trust Fox to have the heads up bc they are getting the information straight from the sources. They seem to imply there will be some of the provable things mentioned tomorrow. But I don’t know if they meant that will be in court OR in the presser that the governor said he would hold after court. Who knows?
