My super religious Baptist aunt once told me that God doesn’t create gay people, because that’s wrong and he wouldn’t create people who do that gay stuff.

Me: “Um what?”

But God does create the Spanish Inquisition, the Crusades, Holy Wars, etc.  Well now it all makes sense.

Does he really not believe that many criminal cases have insider witnesses who are offered a deal if they testify? And also even if Phillips had reeled off 10 cases off the top of her head, is he prepared to comment on them? And forget about famous or mob cases, I bet this happens every day, multiple times in criminal courts.  It’s effectively snitching on someone in open court.

if it was illegal or inappropriate to use co-conspirators as witnesses, criminals could get away with many of their crimes.

It’s also another question if the jury decides to believe the witness. Which is fair.

The dude has literally hosted dozens, if not hundreds of episodes, where the guests are people involved in criminal trials/been convicted felons/ratted somebody out/pleaded out/had someone close to them testify against them in some paternity suit or domestic violence case or drug related case.  It would take a production assistant an hour to comb through some footage of of his show and find some clip of him saying, "And you worked with the prosecution to convict your uncle of these awful things so you could go on to live a better life?  I have a mustache"  I mean, I know his audience is moronic, but it's impossible he's this fucking stupid.

Why?

The feds love to build a case by incenting early pleas and the last to plead is often stuck with the worst sentence.  And that person often is not the "kingpin," but rather someone ignorant without counsel.  See, e.g. Alice Marie Johnson.

And, while not all cooperators are liars, I think enough shading goes on that it's not really an honest accounting of facts much of the time, even if it's short of outright lies.

Finally, its a substitute for investigation/police work.

Remember, we think cooperators against Trump are cool as shit, but most often that scenario works to fuck little people hard.

I can see the "someone ignorant without counsel" part I guess, but maybe they shouldn't have engaged in a criminal conspiracy to begin with?

When they come for Dolly Parton, you have to accept there is only a computer simulation.  She's like America's Mother Teresa with Tits.

It could be a FAFO moment.  Dolly fans are what Swifties aspire to be.

I think they're trying to top-tier in their attacks to prove their model, and bad-mouthing beloved figures to show how 'powerful' and 'influential' they can be.  But it's backfiring almost every single time.  They used to fall back, reassess, and go for more manageable goals.  But I mean, you're gonna suck off no-talent Jason Aldean and tell the wonderful and generous Miss Dolly Parton she's evil?  Morbidly asking, what does that workshop session even sound like?

"What if, and hear me out fellas...but what if we embraced John Rich and made him a part of our marketing campaign?  And then took probably the greatest incarnate of musical talent, charity, and beauty in American female history, and threw her under the bus for no apparent reason?  Is that anything?"

No shit. Whenever somebody claims to know what God wants, you know you're in trouble.

Funny how it always turns out that God hates the same people they do.

You know that's a "conservative" shibboleth, right?  Don't do anything wrong, what do you have to worry about?

Yeah, but things take a turn and the video ends up on Porn Hub, which is supposed to be banned in Texas.

Uh - that's fucking why you offer a plea deal.  Small fish help to take down the big fish.  I am living in a fucking crazy world...

It's amazing that we have the internet and people still refuse to research anything.  He's got assistants and gofers probably all over the set on the regular and still can't get around to doing something intelligent.  His degrees (if he has any) were acquired through effort and research.  He chose to ignore common sense, the off chance of saying fuck it, let me look this up before I go on camera and instead chose to repeat the mantra.  This is willful ignorance.

This is said about every black person that ever got shot by cops.  If he's not guilty, why's he running?  Then when applied to Trumpco, it's because the deep state is out to get them.

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.   1 John 4:7

It's not complicated, nor up to us to decide who's love is real or not, since we're not to judge (another passage).  The social and law line comes after consenting adults, which leaves minors, rape, and beastiality out of the equation.

He has a PhD in clinical psychology.  Though the internet says he hasn’t maintained his license to practice since 2006. He used that education to do jury selection trial consultation among other things.

So fucking weird.  How dim does one have to be to think "yeah, I want to be in this club!  This is awesome!"

Just read a few posts on the DT board and you’ll get a sense for the required level of dimness.

Oh wow, that preacher knows exactly what the invisible mute being who lives in the sky wants. That’s amazing.

Who's going to tell him he's wrong?  Their invisible sky daddy's been quiet while steadily getting reinterpreted.  Eventually it'll be about stealing, raping and shooting your enemies.  Maybe the pope will flex and amass his Catholic army to go crusading.

I crushed it at "Banana Republic" once in my mid 20's.  Got three striped dress shirts and some black shoes with silver buckles on 'em, all for $93+tax.

In addition to the heat/no shade, the mom has her in a tank-top with no sunscreen and they look like they're headed to Golden Corral after the rally, because she knows nutritious meals are what's best for her kids.

You could have saved another 20% if you had applied for the charge card.   Rookie mistake.
