Looks like I’m going to have to go get some new lawn mowing headphones at lowes and listen to Craig Way on the am radio while I mow dead grass and leaves , or just buy a 12 pack  and drive around for 3 hrs and listen to the Am radio . I wish there was a way to perfectly sync Craig way with the tv broadcast

That was a great addition in the playoffs last year.  Would be nice if they did it all season.

Did a fubo trial for the vandy game. For my watching habits, it's actually superior to YTTV. Basically I'm trading CNN/TNT/TruTV for Spurs games. Pretty massive win in my book tbh.

Picture quality didn't strike me as any better or worse than YTTV.

Dvr/navigating 10 seconds back during game for a replay, etc, seemed a little less intuitive than YTTV but not a deal breaker.

You can also stream on way more devices simultaneously on fubo than YTTV. Think it's like 10 vs 4.

Our YTTV just auto renewed for the month on Oct 29, and Google won't prorate your subscription if you cancel early, otherwise I'd have already made the permanent switch. As it is, I'll hold off til next weekend and if we need fubo for Georgia, I'll bite the bullet and double pay for a couple of weeks. Those dicks.

Ah man. We used to do this at my house as a kid. We had the radio going thru a tuner so we could put our own delay on it. Was the tits

Fubo has been fine for me. I really enjoyed watching the Vandy game on the alternate SEC channel as the "Madden" view/stadium cam with no play by play dudes. You can actually hear the PA announcer and the sounds/music.

You can contact their customer support and get a full refund of the month charge. I think I was in for at least a week in a billing cycle when I cancelled. Worked for me when I expressed displeasure with losing the most important channels.

Maybe they have a few domains?  If you google "apollo group channels" that is what popped up.

However, after googling reviews, I think it is a no-go.  Looks like they once were good but tons of buffering, and I can imagine it will only get worse with the YTTV issues.

We use the apollo group tv on a firestick to watch pretty much anything sports. Take it as you will, but I can count on one hand the number of time in the last year where buffering has been a problem. Even those times, just closing out the app and restarting it seemed to fix the problem.

What is Apollo group tv?

Its an IPTV subscription service that pirates lots of TV streams, bundles them together, and provides them for a fee to users that are too f'n stupid to watch pirated streams for free.

I did a fubo trial, it was decently comparable to YTTV. However, I too thought the rewind and fast forward was not intuitive, especially since there is no window to see where you are skipping to. It would also put me in a random spot when I would try to skip ahead while a recording was in progress. The picture quality was a little worse imo. I saw more blocking at the beginning of playback. The thing that pissed me off was their nicely hidden $15 local sports tax.

I will buy a sling tv day pass - it’s like $5 plus tax.

With the Sling day and weekend passes, are you able to record items in advance to watch later?  For example, with YTTV, I have College Gameday always recording so can I wake up and start watching after it starts and just catch up as I skip over commercials, etc.  Or is it just the ability to watch live?

I've noticed some odd bits about the slingtv record. I think it was ESPN3 it wouldn't let me record for some reason ? Aside from that once your day/weekend pass expires you can't view the recordings, but they stay there for some amount of time . I saw a few previous weekends recordings when I activated mine last weekend.
