Isn't there a line of statistical thought that Mail in Voting ended up helping the GOP alot in 2020?  LIke it was a major reason for him overperforming?

They're not making an argument about mail-in ballots. They're further undermining faith in our election processes. They don't care about legitimate ballots of any sort. They want all ballots to seem illegitimate so they can claim whatever they want.

They're dismantling a republic not thinking about politics as usual. There are big stories about this all over the front pages of every newspaper in the country everyday. It's all anyone can talk about on TV news. I think the tide is turning.

Behind the scenes, many GOP politicians are not onboard with elimination of mail-in voting because 1) they're winning with the current system, 2) they get a large % of senior citizens voting, who over index in mail-in voting.

This is also why these politicians make noise about carving out exceptions for old and/or disabled voters. It doesn't eliminate the threat of voter fraud which they're happy to turn a blind eye.

There is also a growing right belief that wives don't need to vote, which is only a short jump away from saying that single women don't need to vote since their father is the head of the household.

My response to that is that no one is making the wife or daughter vote if they strongly feel that the man in their life should make these decisions. but why take the vote away from women who want to exercise their right?

Amid all the darkness I am grateful to the President for returning the phrase “thank you for your attention to this matter” to my regular rotation.
I’m using it in slack messages at work, texts to my kids, emails to the fence guys, when I tell my dog to get off the bed at 3am, you name it.
It’s just a very classy expression.

The classiest.

Hopefully, the blue states ignore him when it comes to voting by mail.

I want it to be as easy and convenient as possible to vote because it’s simply the right thing, but there’s no doubt in my mind that in the current alignment of the parties, higher turnout (inclusive of mail-in ballots) generally favors Republicans in most states and is no worse than a wash in any state.

Seems like most of 'No' block is all the shithole countries.  I can't wait for countries like Nigeria, Chad, Venezuela to send election observers to the midterms (if they happen).

The only response should be "Go fuck yourself, dumbass."

Why are you posting?  You’re supposed to be busy filing a multitude of lawsuits against dotard’s cronies. Get to work.

The biggest asshole I've ever worked for autosigned his emails with "Warm regards, Melvin."

He'd type a couple of paragraphs of pure, uncut douche rocket, then you'd get that chipper signature.

Wherever Melvin is today, I hope a bird shits into his coffee and he doesn't notice.

Why can't anyone on maga side understand that the constitution of Ukraine and America are different?

Z: Yes,  we want elections.  But we can't during war.

T: Are you saying if we are at war in 3 and a half years,  that i can stop elections?

They don’t have any regard for the U.S. Constitution or view it as binding and so they can’t imagine anyone else having high regard for their own constitution.

Theory of mind problem. It pervades the entire Ukraine issue.  Trump can’t imagine bravely fighting a stronger enemy on principle and patriotism and so he intuits that there must be some devious personal reason Zelenskyy and Ukrainians are doing so.
