Oh no, a lame social media platform that largely consists of HR staffers writing hot takes about something something something is going to punish me?  At this point in my career?  I am mortified.

Yep. OMG, you mean some group in Rotterdam might want to talk about the possibility of an unknown consulting gig?

Criticizing Nazi salutes is WOKE!

Welcome to the Democratic People's Republic of America.

Let this be a lesson to everyone - criticize the admin and it's minions, on your public social media with your name and job, and you're probably getting reported and harassed likely fired.

And SCOTUS will triple stamp the shit out of that.

TRULY the least funny man on the planet who thinks he's the funniest man ever to walk the Earth

Just to point out again, he still hasn't said it wasn't a Nazi salute or defended it.

They'll go on and on and on.

Imagine what social media would have been like had it existed in Germany from the mid-1930s to 1945.  Well, you really don't have to imagine.  It's what it's like right now.

No. If this was in a vacuum I could possibly buy that,  but watch the video I linked above.

He has moved into Naziism.  He supports far-right violent extremists who are proud Nazi's and he supports far-right political groups who use Neo-Nazi code words and deny the holocaust, and pretend it was the US who was at fucking fault for WW2.   He is a wannabe Nazi.   The original Nazi's would have steralized him at best and executed him and his kids for being defective.

The shitty truth is that it's both.  He's cosplayed at naziism because it ingratiates him with 4chan loser types from whom - for some stupid reason - he desperately craves love and admiration.

However, as a result of plunging into that ecosystem, he now actually believes as they do.  Because he is the most gullible fucking idiot alive.  Seriously, he has no governing principles other than his narcissism.  He will fall for whatever "philosophy" is the most recent one he's immersed himself in.  And then, use his massive and undeserved wealth (and thus power) to pursue those goals in the ultimate "look at me!  I'm significant!" display.

No. He would fit right in. They would have made him minister of someshit. The drug use (very Nazi), the multople wives (very Nazi), the need to be adored (very Nazi), the list goes on. He would have had his hunting lands out in Prussia like the rest of them.

Truly the least funny person ever, but he's forced people into building his own feedback loop of fake bot likes so he's only going to get worse. I'd say the collapse will be fun to watch, but we're already at the public Nazi salutes stage and nobody really batted an eyelash so I'm thinking it might not actually be that much fun.

He's doing a really bad PR job - this is an attempt make him look super autistic and weird, so they can continue to chalk up the Nazi salute as just him being socially awkward.

It's Wisconsin. Her ankles are too big for the ankle monitor.

Yeah, it is crazy isn't it? He went from open hand on heart to stiff fingers with an alacrity that excludes the plausible deniability for which the typical crowd of supporters is known. Elon is someone who, on the one hand, thinks he's the smartest guy in the room (remember all the shitposting he did when it became evident that Twitter was going to be his and people just prior to that, during the takeover, and then on) and yet is filled with insecurities displays behaviors that IMO shows both his distorted  belief system and his emotional needs. He's not a leader, he's not emotionally healthy, he's not someone you could trust with anyone or anything you care about. So he has money and is given a platform and we (Americans) have only ourselves to blame. Just because someone says they're on your side doesn't mean they're telling you the truth. He's a high tech grifter and silicon slicky with some powerful contacts and a spigot of our tax dollars. He's going to tighten that lasso on everyone's wallets and keep yanking until we're broke. Yee haw.

I mean seriously, the last decade has really tapped into the spaces that a lot of people have kept hidden for obvious reasons. Now that they are publicly ok to show in some crowds does it really shock you that people are trying to make that crowd bigger? Does it really shock you that some guys on here that were kind of shitty when it came to regular stuff take up for these guys when they finally let it spill out?

I think people have always been this way. Just now someone stupidly invented technology that gives every moron on the planet a voice. And the ability to seek out and gather will other like minded dipshits and amplify that voice to crowd level volumes.

We’ve always been this way. It’s just now come to light via technology.

Has Guadaloopy chimed in on the salute yet?

Well, see, the salute was really designed to facilitate the data-gathering to finally make FSD a completely functional offering, so Guadaloopy is too busy sitting at home letting his Tesla drive around and earn him money.

Oh, and if it just so happens to purposefully aim for jewish pedestrians, well....want an omelette, gotta break a few eggs.
