My god you guys are stupid.

You have no idea what my musical experience is but one thing for sure rap is not serious “music”.

Try listening to CSNY or the Byrds or god forbid The Beatles.

You know guys that could not only write great songs but could actually play instruments and sing like harmonies and shit.

Shut the fuck up, Grandpa. And you might want to try not being the most Aggie thing in the fucking aTm thread.

Paul can't read music.

By golly, thou art an ignoramus

Thou hast no knowledge of my musical acumen! Yet one thing is surely true... pop and rock are not serious music.

Thou shalt listen to Beethoven, Bach, or god forbid Mozart.

Rap isn’t music.

it’s talking over a sample of someone else’s music.

This may be the second worst take ever posted on this site behind the time someone said Salma Hayek’s tits were too big.

BUFF isn't actually all that big with about 2/3 of the wing of a C-5 or 748 and less than half the MTOW of a 748. C-5's payload is more than double the BUFF and the 748's is more than 4x.

Checking the payload bay of a BUFF…

So my LG TV died this morning 41 days after the 5 year warranty expired (get fucked LG). So to watch this game I went to a local bar wearing a Texas hat.

By the 3rd quarter I’d educated the bar about how ass backward aggy is and they now know it’s a fake military cult.

So I thank LG for helping educate some Pennsylvanians about aggy being aggy.

Hot take: The first time I heard Kernkraft 400 Zombie Nation was when Texas played UCF in their first ever game on their new stadium.  We should leave the amplified music to schools like that.  We have the Showband of the Southwest and should let them play all the music.  Period.

Also:

  • "Lil Baby Diaper" is pretty funny
  • "before college football became a huge financial racketeering scheme" is pretty accurate.

Anyone else see the aggy OL being all cute with the CPR shit in the middle of the game.

Symptomatic of not taking your opponent seriously, or am I reading too much into their 3 point production at home  yesterday?

I heard on their post game show that they lose 4 OL starters, that they have a new offensive coordinator, and that Marcel Reed announced he's coming back to A&M, presumably after he got a nice, fat NIL contract to do so. Knowing that he wasn't that great this year, that they have a very hard schedule next year, that he's going to have all-new offensive linemen and a new OC, and that they'll be calling for his head after a few games as he sits there on the bench eating about 1.5 mil in NIL dollars makes me smile.

Pretty much all of this will happen except because they will be breaking in a new OL Reed is going to be running a lot early on.  I would set the O/U at 3.5 games..  Guessing LSU is the one who breaks him in half when they game plan for him scrambling 40+ times.

they will pay him without remorse all the while whining to anyone who will listen that 2026 was their year, Reed would have won the heisman and they would have won it all if he just hadn’t gotten hurt.

I honestly don’t think they’ve ever once had a real quarterback. At least not since I’ve been paying attention since the 70s.

Its been like 30 straight Corey Pulligs in a row.

C’mon. Bucky Pullign was decent. He won a lot of games with a team that had a sizable payroll back in the day.

Tannehill has to be the best passer in the past 3 decades.  aggy seems obsessed with finding their version of VY, but they are all actually Swoopes instead.

This sounds like Jordan Belfort's recounting of his night at the country club to the police in Wolf of Wall Street. Can I get the CCTV footage where you threatened to beat up the bus boy and dry humped the pinball machine?

Did Kyle Field pipe in some good 'ole Al Jolson instead of that silly wrap music?

I definitely heard some David Allen Coe coming out of a commercial break.  Personally I like his music but some might feel he's somewhat Klan-adjacent.

They had a second generation QB who won the Heisman and was the No. 1 overall pick on their roster, yet somehow managed to fuck that up.

I'm still thinking about how I learned in this thread that Kubiak named his kid Klint with a K. What the hell is his middle name? Got to be Kyle, right?

Those people.

So weird.

Per wikipedia:

Kubiak and his wife, Rhonda, have three sons: Klint, Klay, and Klein

I married an Aggy. She’s awesome and I love her.

She was severely angry for about an hour plus a nap. Upon awakening she realized it was the Aggy way and got on with her life, and did her part toward making our three kids happy.

My wife’s attitude and these games have made this a damn good weekend.

Bro in Law?  I'm in the same boat with an aggy wife.  However, her best friend is boomer.  The phone chatter sounded like 2 seagulls fighting over a dead fish.   I was told to "shut up" on more than one occasion.  LOL.  Needed 2 cups for the tears.  Other than that, she got over it pretty quickly and was OK the rest of the day.  But she isn't too happy with Reed coming back next year.

Manziel was like the 22nd pick in the draft, but they had Mike Evans and Myles Garrett on that team. Not to mention all the first rounders on that OL.

He's talking about Kyler

Oh.  Him too.  He also should be dead, but for different reasons.

He keeps getting partially dead, but somehow survives among all of those big men.

It can't be said enough that the ending of that game was absolutely perfect. Aggie hopes and dreams, the roller-coaster build of the drive down the field, getting so close, and with under a minute left the train goes of the track, the Heisman QB throws an INT and the aggies end the season with a loss to Texas followed by their new QB savior crushing all hopes.
