VP Pence said it's "inconceivable that there are not people of Middle Eastern descent in a crowd of more than 7,000 people advancing toward our border."

Liz Warren can recommend a credible DNA analyst if you want to be sure, Mikey.

Well, Mexico does have a sizable Arab community that has been there for 100 years, including Salma Hayek's father.  Salma can enter my country whenever she wants.

The remains of Khashoggi's body parts evidently have been recovered, possibly in the garden of the Saudi Counsel General's home.

then there's this guy:

I never defend Trump or Rubio and that statement is bad, but it's fair to be upset with a partner that does something wrong that creates a negative consequence to your partnership.  Say I go into business with someone that turns out to be a serial killer.  I can feel for the real victims but that doesn't mean I can't be upset that the serial killer's notoriety ruined our hamburger stand.

Even if there were Middle Easternerns in the caravan, why would that be a problem unless you presume that all Middle Easterners are Islamic terrorists?

Two words: Sicario. 2.

I've always said the best way to remove Trump was for him to lose the 2020 election. Let the people officially decide.

But then I remember: He'll say the election was rigged, whether he loses by 1 or 100 electoral votes.  He'll burn down the White House and our entire government on the way out.

Nah, he's got to go ASAP. This man is seriously dangerous and wields power over too many voters. Impeach the motherfucker.

No, no. We want him to refuse to leave. That will hopefully spark a civil war, then we can kill these maga fucks with impunity.

Last night he said foreign governments don't like us and he's perfectly ok with that, so how can we be respected? Plus, as a nationalist what does he care about getting their respect? Just asking questions.

Liked does not equal respected and vice versa.

You may not like some of your competitors, but you can still respect them if they’re operating in good faith etc

Hope that clears some things up for you, here and in life.

The last generation of Americans that will be remotely secure in their retirement and who enjoyed prosperity their grandkids won't ----- have decided they'll spend their last years raging and frightened about cable news bullshit.   I know an 85 year-old woman who posted this on her FB page. She wrote this herself:

Quote

Dissertation on Socialism: TO ALL WANNABE SOCIALISTS/COMMUNISTS.

ProSocialists: You think it's all about everybody having the same amount of everything. And "everybody will live well and happily ever after". Not so. Here's what will happen under socialism: first of all your telephones will be taken away and replaced with an armband that will put out signals to let everybody know where you are and when. Then your Television will be gov. operated and everything you receive on TV will be your gov. mandates from your illustrious leader. Your food will be rationed. And when the water gets too low, it will be cut off and in order to keep hydrated, everybody will have to eat oranges (if they're in season) for fluids. No water. All the bottled drinks will be stripped from the store and taken to government workers and leaders (happened in Russia all the time)

Your apartments (nobody will have their own house...there will be no neighborhoods) will be shot with radiation every day, and at least two days a week maybe more there will be no groceries left at the stores. There will be trash on the streets all the time. Your trash will not be picked up; you will have to either dump it yourself (on the streets) or burn it. All the stores will not be stocked sufficiently to serve everyone. Big Brother will be with you and listening to you at all times. You will be taken to jail if you write or say anything negative about anything. You will not own a car. You will have to take public transportation or walk. There may or may not be public transportation in your area. You will not be allowed to read just anything...only the propaganda the gov. puts out. Well, now, actually this is more communistic than socialistic, but go to Canada and live for a while....you'll see what socialism is.....they buy their prescription drugs over the counter, and if they're out, they're out. When Jim was going to MD Anderson we met a whole bunch of Canadians who came down here to be treated for cancer, because there was noone in Canada to do it. These are all probable happenings under socialism......Go check out Maxine's district in California or Sheila's district in Houston. Neither of these girls live in their own districts, by the way. Well, pardon me for putting a little more communism than socialism in, but socialism leads to communism. So you might want to be aware at least.

Ford Motor Co. said Donald Trump’s tariffs have made steel more expensive in the U.S. than any other market, escalating the company’s criticism of the president’s trade war.

“U.S. steel costs are more than anywhere else in the world,” Joe Hinrichs, Ford’s president of global operations, said Monday at an event marking the start of Ranger pickup production at a factory west of Detroit. He added that Ford is talking to the administration about the tariffs: “We tell them that we need to have competitive costs in our market in order to compete around the world.”

Bloomberg goes on to note that last month Ford CEO Jim Hackett said that the trade wars have already eaten a billion dollars off of the company’s profit, and that’s with most of its metals already sourced from the U.S.

This is what winning feels like.

so, we're all (well, save the few that already posted about it) just gonna gloss over the fact that the President, of these United States, called himself a nationalist? I'm sure Fox and his pr team will say he used the wrong word. I don't think he did. I think he knew exactly what word to use, and he meant it when he said it. Anyone defending this guy now is truly a traitor. No other way to put it.

No, we are at the point where Trump could say "I know I'm not supposed to use this word, but I'm a Nazi.  That's really it.  I'm a Nazi." And the next day there would be ten million new Twitter handles like @NAZI_DEBORAH1235 and Michael Berry would spend a week telling us that Nazi doesn't mean what it used to mean and ACTUALLY the swastika is a spiritual sign.

Sadly, this.

We are at the point where we all already knew he was a white nationalist.  Half the country was already outraged about it.  And the other half will just keep saying that we have Trump Derangement Syndrome, and revel in it.

Honestly, so what,  he used the word.  He's said thousands of equally offensive things, and nothing matters.

About a year ago when the whole "Punch a Nazi" thing was going on, a guy from college was posting on Facebook about how modern Nazis weren't actually "Nazis" because they aren't Socialists. He was legitimately trying to argue with people, in multiple posts, that everyone was just labeling guys like Richard Spencer Nazis because they didn't like them and they supported Trump, and it was all part of a big media conspiracy to make Trump look like Hitler. The dude was absolutely serious. It was an idiotic game of semantics and false pluralism trying to "educate" people on the true meaning of Nazism. I posted the video of their conference breaking out the "Heil Trump!" chants and doing the German salute as a response, and he only responded with more "you don't understand, they aren't the same..." etc etc.  Some of them are just so delusional you can't have a discussion. It's truly insane to me that there are this many people mislead by whatever the fuck the Republican party is today.

No, Fox's line would absolutely be "what's wrong with being a nationalist?"

They will ask "What's wrong with loving your own country more than others?"

"Why don't Dems love the US more than other countries? I bet it's because they love the UN so much!!!"

"The President didn't mean what you think, he just loves America, he loves its people, and he cares about them more than anyone else in the world!!!"
