Goddamnit…those people in Buffalo are used to that shit. The best thing about football in January is snow games. With all the stupid domes in the league now, these are few and far between.

Yeah, Dan Campbell is just like Shaka Smart.  Campbell's about to be one of the finalists for NFL coach of the year, and might win it.  Every coach he's worked under, and every coach who's worked under him, says he's brilliant.  But you guys know better, he's a meathead idiot.  Awesome hot take.

Please, please universe, give the Lions another shot at the Cowboys this year.  I want to see Dan Campbell and friends wipe that leering grin off huckster Jerrah Jones' withered fucking face, and then watch him fire Fat Mike's ass while he watches Dan Quinn head out the door too.

you won't find a good argument around here running down the skeletor

that said, sometimes the football gods intervene in earthly events; see: Ginas 2011

the karmic intersection of jimmy going in to the ring, the packers as the first playoff opponent, the shitbird's epic collapse the last 2 months

all of it may not mean anything

we shall see

It's because they project to make more money this way. They couldn't initially plan it like this, but they figured put the game they want to move to Monday on Sunday night during a blizzard and then let the magic happen.

Yup, if anyone died, it’d be a huge nightmare, considering that everyone else in the region is told to bunker down for safety. But is it really going to be any better on Monday? They really need to move the game to Detroit or Indianapolis. Or maybe the Carrier Dome to stay in state? But they need and decide now. The call should have been made yesterday or even the day before. It’s not like it was speculative, the storm was a certainty.

how do you decide which 22k tickets get cut to go to syracuse?

And you got to love all the people watching on their couches in their warm houses call people pussies for not wanting to weather those conditions lol.

Good for the NFL. The actual game would suck, terrible conditions for fans and would be a nightmare getting to and from the stadium.

I'm off Monday so bring on Monday afternoon playoff football.

Yea but c’mon. Live a little. A bills fan was lighting themselves on fire a few weeks ago.

Snow and wind ain’t that bad

Probably should’ve made this decision on Monday and started playing 2 hrs ago

In Toronto?  Because it’s snowing with wind gusts up to 50 mph in Buffalo right now.

they would have played  this game with no reservations 40-50 years ago. I get that its the sensible thing to do from a traffic perspective, but sometimes playoff football means shitty weather. Those games are fucking awesome.
