Cut @Elvis some slack. He's trying to build an OF following for his wife's store bought assets. He's trying to spread her brand on another section of the board.

Pimpin' ain't hard but it's necessary.

She’s Dorothy Stratton to his Paul Snider, no doubt she’s being emotionally and physically abused by him for these photos maybe even drugged up.

I have an idea.   West Virginia is a dying state.  Send all the homeless there to work in the coal mines.  We get that sweet, sweet coal and the homeless get jobs.   Win, win.

This is the next step.  He’s going to use dc as a test bed because it’s an easy one.  New York is coming.  He will install military control over the major blue cities.

He's correct. What he is saying is its OK for Texas to do it because Indiana is aligned with Texas... And Indiana is going to need to join the cause.

I mean it’s true that heavy gerrymandering that changes the majority of the house would have an impact on legislation that affects the entire country.

But two things- there are checks to house legislation being first the senate and second the presidential veto and neither can be gerrymandered.

and as always let’s not talk about the idea that they are doing it to counteract the same from other states in the opposite direction. Let’s not discuss a set of rules about how districts can, should, and cannot be drawn up that apply to every state.

The world economy is in the hands of a moron who loves tariffs but has no idea how they work. And he's surrounded by people who won't try to educate him.

Actually, every now and then he says something like "Wal-Mart should eat the tariffs". Like he does understand. It's a very strange situation.

That level of thinking never even occurred to me. I figured they’d all think the 100 dollar item stayed the same cost but China would give our treasury 30 extra for the privilege of importing the item.

tariffs making things cheaper, lol. What amazing imaginations some people have.  I wonder what Trump thought, and currently thinks, is happening. I think by his posting about how the companies should eat the tariff and not increase prices means he has an understanding now of the economics.

I also think he recently learned that, and thought one of the positions above as he was instituting them and now cannot undo them by constraint of his narcissism.

How funny would it be if he came out and said "Oops! I've just been informed that the American people and businesses actually pay the tariffs. Not China and Canada and Mexico. Y'all must have thought I was crazy or something...."

Catholic wedding here, wife's side of the family is Baptist.  We did not do the full Mass since half the people were not Catholic but we did have Communion.

Reception was at the parish hall and I took care of the bar, Beer, wine, and some bottles of spirits.  My MIL asked, "Surely you can't drink at the Church Hall?"  My answer was, "We're Catholic, we drink during Mass."  At the reception the first guy in line for a drink was the priest.

Give him some slack he's reducing drug prices by fifteen hundred percent, 1,500%!

A guy I used to know...he's Irish-American, and very wrapped up in the Irish thing.  When he and his brother graduated college (about 30 years ago) they had inherited some dough from grandma's estate.  They decided to take a year off, move to Ireland, and buy a pub.  Just for the experience.  At the end of the year, they'd sell for whatever they could get for it.

He told me that priests are really hard on the bottom line, because it's widely understood that they drink for free.  He said there were nights when there were more priests in the place than there were paying customers.   That's from a sample size of 1, so YMMV.

edit: I thought it over...it had to be 40 years ago.

Does a certificate from Universal Life Church make a person eligible for free beers? Asking for a friend.

it's because he basically parrots the last thing he heard. likely when briefed about what to say about the walmart situation, someone suggested that "walmart should pay them" and he put his own stupid twist on it by saying "eat". it's really that simple

The guy has flooded his own zone with bullshit.  He no longer knows what's true and what's false.
