Doesn't it fall on Bo Davis to make the determination on whether or not the DL/DE prospects they bring in have the size and projection to be worth pushing for? I know Sark is the ultimate decider, but I imagine Bo is the primary evaluator along the D-Line.

Jesus, man. Think about what you wrote and then read what I wrote with that in mind. If you can't figure out on your own, maybe ask you significant other or a coworker for help.

Kamorreun Pimpton is the most important recruit on the board if we are even going to make an attempt to replace Demarvion Overshown on the all name team.

I could straight up see him getting an NIL deal with OnlyFans with the potential nickname of "KamPimp"

Wiltfong, on Anthony Hill.

"Texas team to beat.  Love Texas' position."

On Duce Robinson.

"Georgia program to beat.  Very intrigued with Texas, opp. to play with Arch major.  Recruitment may go to February."

Blair Angulo - "FB driving his recruitment. (As opposed to baseball.)  Wants to play both.  MLB draft looking at him."

weird to think we're looking at a class were we would take 4 tight ends.

Interesting play with Pimpton and Robinson. Do you have room for both? You have Sanders for 1 more season. Helm and Davis are decent depth, but aren't game changers. Spencer is  going to play the Karic role, and Arch's future roommate is coming off major knee surgery and you could easily move him to FB. Pimpton is likely on a 2 year development path, so Robinson is ready to take over for Sanders in 2024.

I think you take everyone.

Seriously, though, all of those guys will sign on NS1 so you can let Duce (who may scare guys off) play out as long as he is willing.

Sounds like you’re starting to worry about numbers.

He's a Kicker & Punter. Is he a scholarship commit or PWO?

PWO 6'6" 205lbs

I was just talking about this earlier today. It is like Sark listens to my ramblings.

I'm glad to see Sark & Jeff Banks have finally figured out not to waste scholarships on H.S. & unproven Special Team specialists. Those guys should always be PWOs.

I have a friend who spells it “Cameron”…

…but he’s English, went to Eton & Oxford, and was a 3 handicap polo player, so maybe “Kamorreun” wouldn’t fit on the back of his polo jersey.

No sé.

Amazing that nobody knows for sure where he's commiting to. Everyone assumes LSU, but I haven't seen anybody definitively report that. Even the LSU insider aren't 100% sure Toviano.

I mean who else could it possibly be? The only official visits he took were LSU and Michigan, unless he was on an official when he came here in November.

When he picks LSU, everyone will declare how obvious it was the entire time, $9.95ers especially.

I know we aren't getting either one and neither have been talked about in a while, but saw some info on the two JUCO DT's we've offered.  Tennessee supposedly backed off Elijah Davis because he showed up on his OV and only weighed 265 lbs instead of the listed 300.  Also saw that Derrick Hunter committed to Memphis.

will be interesting to see what happens with his final ranking - ESPN is just killing him, 183 in Texas.

No surprise that the two services that are the least frequently updated are so low on him.  You're generally fucked by those two sites if you haven't shown out on the camp circuits by your Junior year.

Maybe it is because I watched his film after I watched Duce's tape, but he gave me some serious Epps vibes. He didnt look very fluid to me. Perhaps he grows into his body and becomes a monster at 260 pounds, but I am not seeing what all the excitement is about.

SIAP-- What's the deal on this guy and why haven't I seen him as a possibility? Running a 10.28 100m at 6'5 and 225lbs just seems unfair.

He got a Texas offer but isn't interested.  Not much more than that to say.

He’s a top 20 national recruit from DC who has never shown any interest in us, we don’t mention him as a possibility because he isn’t one.

He’s been talked about on this board plenty though because of his freakish athletic ability and unbelievable track times. He went viral when he first put up those times.

Maybe Epps is who Pimpton ends up as.  They are certainly very similar physically,  but Epps issue was never athleticism or talent - it was desire.  You hope that Pimpton has a better mental eval.

Epps was never a high end athlete. His 5+ 40 time at a Nike event will attest to that. He struggled to put on weight and strength. Most of the programs misses at TE have been guys that looked solid flexed out in HS, but never developed the skills to play in-line. It is the reason TE is one of the harder positions to evaluate. You have freaks like Duce, that can still be high end players flexed out. Finding guys that can block and be receiving threats is not easy.
