lol this place is always awesome. No one knows who dude perfect is? That’s insane honestly if you watch sports those fucks are everywhere with stars of all leagues constantly. Out of touch as always and they are definitely a bigger draw with current high school and younger kids than undertaker.

Legit never heard of them and I watch a pretty fair amount of sports and read/listen to a pretty fair amount of sports discussion.

My 17yo kiddo knew them though and she hates sports.

I don’t know if Sark will play Blue much in this game but he could be the X factor if he can hold on to the damn ball. His speed is a problem and opens things up for us offensively.

He’s going to play a lot

dude understands and has been carrying a football around everywhere.

Choice will get through to him.

Apparently he tried to work Brooks to death one time and Brooks just never stopped.

It’s time for Blue to make that big time next stop, and we will still get a heavy dose of Tre as well.

Like 8 years ago when Johnny football was a thing you would probably flip the channel or go get a beer while their little skits played.

Dude, the perfect guest pickers should be awesome, not simply “known”

That was my first A&M game I attended in person. My aunt had season tickets and took me (I was in Jr High at the time). She taught me about the “pooooor aggies” chant after the game.

The side perfect guys are tools but they're pretty damn famous in a disappointing Gen-Z way

I was dumbfounded when he stretched out at the goal line in the KY game and probably fumbled it. He knows he has to protect the ball, had already fumbled in the game, and is still trying to reach across with one hand. I realized that no amount of carrying the ball during the week is going to cure that attitude.

My first A&M game as well.

it was in our stadium but got invited by some Aggie friends. Seeing Ricky break the record at DKR from the middle of Aggie section in the opposite end zone was surreal

Choice should have hired some hot chicks to randomly walk up to Blue start flirting with him and then when the conversation starts flowing all of a sudden punch the ball out of his hands.

Good object lesson on remembering to maintain ball security even when there is a scoring opportunity.

This appeals to douches and dorks. Low hanging fruit of entertainment

Former Longhorn QB Rick McIvor was the sheriff of Jeff Davis county for 8 years. Here is is throwing the long arm of the law down on an Aggie in 2014.

I watch quite a bit of sports and have no idea who these fucks are or where I would have come across them.

You guys with your “I watch quite a bit of sports” don’t seem to understand that it might actually mean something if you said “I watch quite a bit of YouTube”

Agree but no one deny the douches popularity

I don’t see anything like that. You can get 50 yard line for close to $2k.

still absurd but nothing close to 10.

Y’all take this bullshit somewhere else. Like off a cliff or somewhere. Doesn’t need to be on this board.

Interesting stat for this game

Texas offense #3 in YAC (almost 2k)

A&M defense #114 in YAC allowed (almost 1400)

Someone listens to McElroy’s podcast

"Lyle Lovett turn them down? "

Bring that mutt on camera. If she barks, we can shut the whole thing down?

There was a 30 for 30 about the Dude Perfect guys a few months ago.  It was actually pretty good.  They seemed alright for aggies.

I’m actually wrong, that was my 2nd aggy game. I’m bad at math. 1996 was my first - and we smoked them that year. Didn’t need no walk off.

But 1998 was awesome.

Edited by hornian

My first game was 1994, my first year at UT and in the state of Texas. It was the post-McWilliams John Mackovic era of mediocrity, and aggy for the most part had owned the Longhorns’ number, and so when they kicked our ass that game, it seemed like the mentality among the Texas crowd was, “Yeah, seems about right.”

He was chirping about aggy when Johnny football was there, but he may be the Michael Irvin bandwagon type who all the sudden annoyingly shows up for Miami games.

Stunning to think that not a single one of our staff of defensive analysts/assistants hadn't picked up on how the QB's feet position pre-snap gave away the play. That would seem to be a pretty basic detail to be documenting.

This the 30 for 30 was really good actually and they all seemed unlike your normal aggies.  They have been all over sportscenter some and social media for years, if you saw a crazy trick shot in the last 15 years it was probably them.

I just read that Michael Griffin had 23 tackles vs. Aggy in 2005.

Michael Taaffe…the bar has been set

He was a brutal hitter too. 23 bonecrushing tackles

fun fact. dude perfect started because of the colt to Jordan boat throw on national tv. those dipshits were upset that espn was playing that clip and said we can do better. they did the same thing from a further distance and posted on YouTube. aggy jacked off to it and voila, they got their 15 minutes of fame. they are terrible of course but its all they got.

Something I think our board struggles with is the idea that we’re getting older and the world is changing around us. While most of us (me included) have no idea who Dude Perfect is, I am guessing that there’s a large part of the viewership who would have no idea who Lyle Lovett is.

Blue is gonna come correct on Saturday. Mark it down.

I think his speed on the outside is needed for this game.

Would love to see some long end arounds.

But no reach arounds.

His daughter went to TCU, he claims to be an aggy but he defiantly doesn't vibe with the cult.

I had no idea until this morning that there is a real person who goes by Dude Perfect.
