The most depressing part of this is that the posters here that are not actual lunatics just sit on the side lines silently, hands under their ass. Maybe a stray finger or two cause they are curious.

Vernon Johns said famously, “ when you see a good fight, get in it.” There’s nothing particularly good about arguing with people who are intractable in their positions.

That's a new one for me. Never heard that before.

And my buddy's first wife left him for his semi retarded alcoholic brother while he was serving in Afghanistan.

There was a crazy Trumpy guy in Ohio, I believe, whose wife left him for someone she met in rehab.

Good for her, tbh.

No. He is a fascist apologist. This case is a perfect example of the law binding but not protecting the outgroup and protecting but not binding the ingroup. It is that simple and anyone trying to defend it deserves to be negged to Bolivia

Jesus.  You are a kook.  I am not defending the arrest of the judge.  Not one time did I suggest the judge should have been arrested.  Multiple people posted that the arrest was illegal or that  the warrant wasn’t legally enforceable or that the agents came into the courtroom to try and arrest the defendant or that they threatened the judge or tried to coerce or influence the judge.  None of that is true.  I have watched this board go apoplectic when someone posts something that is false.
At some point I would think a few of you would care about the actual truth.

I pointed out that it is reasonable for people to think the actions taken were over the top or unreasonable or whatever.  That’s a decent debate.  But the actions were not illegal.

Also, you are presumably a doctor and smart and educated yet you go around negging posts on an anonymous message board like a petulant 7 year old.  You really need to take some stock.

Who was the dude with the Sammy Hagar avatar who went apeshit about some contractor’s lowboy blocking like 6 inches of his driveway? I believe he was a Trumper as well.

I’m very comfortable with my position. I don’t give a fuck if what they’re doing is legal. Slavery used to be legal. What they are doing is morally reprehensible and a direct threat to our way of life. Your bullshit doesn’t help and I will neg every post by you in this thread that doesn’t explicitly call out ICE and the DOJ for what they are doing

Legal isn’t ICE’s top priority; listen to the judiciary yelling that these deportees aren’t receiving the due process that constitutes legal. Sheeeit suck hasn’t said word one about that. He’s a troll.

The WI judge was acting from a well founded belief that she was dealing with a rogue agency.

Exactly the underground railroad broke some "laws" except they were illegal laws, enough court precedent has been set particularly from WWII

They judge simply did not break any real laws and arguing this is playing the game fascists want.

He wasn't even blocking the driveway, if I remember correctly. Dillo just didn't like the guy's truck on the street in front of his house

I think you're correct.  It was blocking his "view" of the stucco shitbox across the street.

He posted a picture of the van parked in front of his house so I called the number on the side and asked the guy if he knew that someone was posting pictures of his van online with disparaging remarks. Dillo deleted his account and I've never seen him post again. You're welcome.

I probably shoulda stayed out of it, but when the douchebag started posting elitist shit like the guy needing to know his station in life and whatnot, it was just too much. I happen to come from dirt myself.

oh that fucking cunt.  Dillo bragged about opening the door in his flip-flops and a visor.  Then, the "station in life" bullshit.  I'd wager that Mr. Flooring Contractor earned more than Dillo and/or Dillo's wife.

Pretty good piece on lawfare on this.  https://www.lawfaremedia.org/article/the-judge-dugan-case-is-more-complicated-than-it-seems

Also goes into detail on the prior case against Mass judge Shelly Joseph that did a similar thing.  She was investigated for a year, indicted (a far less hasty process than here), appealed motions to dismiss, and, ultimately dismissed by having Judge Joseph submit to the MA judicial conduct commission.

That case was, of course, brought under the Trump administration, but continued by Biden, whose DOJ ultimately dismissed.

If they keep this shit up, it's just a matter of time before some ICE / CBP officers get gunned down. When Kash and his crew come around to ask questions, nobody's going to have seen a damn thing.  They think they're invincible.  They should think again.

Yep. The speed of which they are doing this is going to be their undoing. They don't get a single group subdued before moving on to the next. All that does is piss off both groups and make allies against you. Keep rolling MAGA. You are doing a great job!

So from the video:

1.) Agents are lounging in the hallway

2.) Judge approaches agents, talks to them, then sends them in direction of Chief Judge

3.) After they've gone through the doors she goes back into her courtroom

4.) Next snippet of video is her leading the guy into an elevator, trailed by one of the agents who decided to turn back before reaching the Chief Judge

5.) Agent chases man through streets before finally arresting him

Does the county's footage provide support for the judge? For the administration? Not really?

These goons are in her domain. She has the right to tell them to fuck off. If they're interfering with her official duties, she is not just allowed to but I would even say obligated to tell them to back the fuck off. Any criminal defendant with a half decent lawyer could use the presence of masked goons as grounds for a mistrial. Why would she risk that when she has the power to control what happens in and around her duty station?

Fuck outta here.

It shows the attorney leading the guy into elevator, not the judge.

They don't need to arrest this judge for this shit, let alone do insane shit like show up at the courthouse to arrest this person for fucking nothing.

This is all a crisis of their own creation, with crimes all around that are meaningless.

But that way they know when to video, when to put it on TV, and just how to tweak their audience into the right amount of frenzy.

I agree with ya'll.  The Courthouse should be a safe space for wife beaters.

You voted 3 times for this friend of Epstein serial sexual assaulting piece of shit to be President. On top of that, he's the dumbest person in the history of American public life. We all know this. I have no idea about the person you allege is a wife beater so I'd like for him to be afforded due process so we can figure it out.

Because it's a miles long list. In this case, @cabowabo was pretending to be concerned about violence against women so I thought I'd remind him of some of the sexual violence his piece of shit President has committed.
