I'm usually a go on Election Day person. Our local polling place is always light. I only early voted this year because my wife wasn't working from home today so we went last Friday.

No lines today at the Randalls at Brodie and Slaughter, it’s been 45 min to an hour plus for the last couple weeks.

We'll see. Hard to do what Trump did without the power of celebrity.

Yep. Three decades in pop culture promoting himself as a rich, successful businessman blinded a lot of people to what a fraudulent fucking moron he is.

No one goes to Randall's even when it's the polling place

so he actually has no principles whatsoever.

The best Dr Phil moment ever was when the guy who started Bum Fights went on Dr Phil dressed up like Dr Phil.  Dr Phil ended up kicking him off the show.

Why the fuck do students have to wait hours to vote?  This seems like it was preventable.

On the surface its because they dont vote in those numbers for other elections and thats how they set polling. But really it’s because of electioneering and wanting to minimize their voice, which is overwhelmingly liberal.

People betting on the outcome they hope for?

Caring about the betting markets is dumb

Those things looked like a seismograph in 2020 on E-Day/night

Also it's all crypto bros and foreign whales

I have no idea on how betting works on elections, but I can see people pumping money to show trump favored to win so when he loses they can pretent it's evidence of fraud. Just get this shit over with and let him die already.

I wouldn’t necessarily read that as panic. Having cops at minority-heavy polling locations is a common way of trying to suppress their vote. I don’t know how effective it is anymore, but I think he reading from the script rather. A very shitty script.

Pennsylvania’s early voting system sucks. They need to fix it in their next legislative session.

Texas has better early voting than Pennsylvania

In PA, you can't cast an in-person "vote," you cast an in-person absentee/mail ballot.  And it's like 1 place in each county you can do it, so in places like Philly, it's not worth it.  Might as well wait until there's 100+ precincts open on E-Day

You have to re-register for a new mail ballot every single election

Have the demographics there changed, or is this just pure hopeium?

Enough good news elsewhere that NC might just be padding the win.
