I am 6' 3" and about 210.

I once got up to 245.

I have never, ever been anywhere near as fat as Donald Trump.

Exactly the same here. When I was at 245, I was fat AF and still looked nowhere near as fat as that motherfucker. I'm 210 now, still need to lose 5-10, and I'm a rail compared to that guy.

The Trump you saw sitting in the box at the New Jersey Generals' games was probably 215. Maybe 215.

I think this is very important for people to think about. There are a most certainly millions of American cowards that support Donald Trump, root for the disintegration of everything it means to be an American, etc. But they aren't willing to risk their careers and lives to fight for that hate-filled future. The successful prosecution of the insurrections has had a chilling effect on these cowards.

You know how much coke you could trade this dump for, Jr?

I think he's gonna hold on to it for awhile.  I mean, the place looks a lot like Pacino's palace in "Scarface."  We should get on some memes of Don, Jr. sitting at Mar-a-Lago with a huge pile of blow in front of him, shouting "Say hello to my little friend!" when Eric suddenly pops out, "You talking about me, bro?"  But yeah, even with friendly lenders still dumb enough to fall for Trump family bullshit, where'd Don, Jr. get the $84 million for the down payment?  That's not the kind of high-profile transaction you can just conveniently get the equity for from some shady donor or foreign government.  Every dollar at closing will be scrutinized by the media and government within an inch of its life.  And then, because of this timeline, it'll turn up later that Junior made a phone call for a $84mm bridge loan from Iran with a note enclosed saying "Thank your dad for the documents for us, enjoy the new house!"

I bet he sold the rights for his bail to the highest bidder.

The only other instance of selling your naming rights to a bondsman was my friend Freddie "Chico" Prinze.  But like water, steaks, vodka, wine, casinos, football franchises, and democracies, Trump would find a way of driving this business model into the fucking ground.

if you're wondering why Zillow is trending:

(someone is moving assets off of the books)

This.  He's going to shift a bunch of assets to his minions, then file another bankruptcy.  It'll be a while. I'm predicting shortly after the election next year, if he loses.  If he wins, all this stuff is coming back to him.

How the fuck has chicos bail bonds not been meme’d up

I know, dammit.  It was literally my first thought, ahead of even "appropriate the civil war will begin in Atlanta."

I mean fucking Lupus looks exactly like Eric Trump.  Instead of the jersey saying "Let Freedom Ring", it could be "Let Freedom Rot"  There's tons of merch opportunities between the hats and jerseys.  And the outlaw Kelly Leak character (played by the great Jackie Earl Haley) has a number of possibilities within the Trump crime world.

According to the graphic I saw on the news this morning, Kanye’s publicist and the pastor are the only ones who haven’t turned themselves in yet. Is that correct?

The priest arrived in his collar.

I can’t help but notice a similarity in Trump’s weight and two presumptive OSU QBs.

I'm about 6 feet 190 and fairly wiry. There is a 0 percent chance that Dotard is three inches taller than me and only 25 lbs heavier.

I might buy 220 or so if he were 5'10".

I think this is true and somewhat encouraging regarding the lengths that the MAGA/Anti-republic mob will go in terms of violence. The mad fervor and misplaced confidence that millions would rise up have clearly been diminished.

Still, the large plurality that will turn out to vote for Trump or whatever demagogue who may manage to take over the reins remains a great concern. We may have dodged the bullet, but the ballet remains an existencial threat to the republic.

It's an irony wrapped in a non-sequitur penned by an oxy moron.

This isn't legal, is it?  I got sued once and the first thing my attorney told me was "don't try to park or hide any assets".

Well yeah. You would do the same if the tenant kept stiffing you on rent.

Pretty sure this is part of his standard playbook, and if this were a civil case... it might just work. But the governments of Georgia and the US aren't looking to get a big settlement in exchange to make this go away. They want his hide.

And last...

Actually, I'm pretty patient with my tenants.  It's a tricky balance finding people that more or less pay you (albeit never on time) but still make horrible long term financial decisions, and just straight up deadbeats.  One wants to keep the former if possible.

That would be sound legal advice, which is why Trump is doing the exact opposite.

My guess is that he is moving assets and going to declare because of his coming due civil exposure to lawsuits, a la the Capitol Cops case.   I'm guessing clawblacks can be done, but it will just take longer.  Not to mention, I've never bought the billionaire shit, I don't think he was ever worth more than 200-300 million in the last 10 years.  If I list all my assets, but don't list any of my debt responsibilities I'm sure my balance sheet would look amazing.   It wouldn't be true, but in Trump world, that is wealth generation baby!

I like the connective thinking behind this and love Kubrick.  But the flaw here is the "stare" is when a recently normal (or who appeared/acted normal) character finally breaks and gets violent.  Trump is doing it in reverse.  He's already shown himself to be capable of inciting violence and acting erratically, he's doing it in the wrong order.  You see America, we build to that.

Eh, you're looking for more meaning than is there. The joke/point is that Trump looks like a psycho in his mugshot.

This guy is kind of famous around here, handles a lot of rap stars cases (I don't think he's in on the other rico case though).  Took a $3 million non refundable retainer from Trump knowing that Trump wouldn't listen and would violate the terms of their agreement and subsequently default.  It would appear that he made a smart move.

circling back to this, but I saw a clip where Findling was on MSNBC and he refused to answer a question whether Trump won or lost Georgia.

Bet that Trump was mad that he didn't repeat the election lie and fired him for it.

I’m looking for more meaning to avoid realizing the joke is on my country.  And it’s not funny.  It’s terrifying.  $20 says Rudy pulls a private Pyle and eats a round

If he does I think he will miss and we will have a Van Gogh, and then we will have have Rudy in court minus an ear.  Actually, if I were to pick one that will off them self, my money would be on Ellis.  Anyone posing like they are in a yearbook photo at their own rico mugshot hasn't put together just how fucked they are.  If it does dawn on her how bad it is, she strikes me as the type.

I also think of those not yet indicted, but it's coming, Roger Stone is the one to be found in a bath tub a la Frankie Pentangeli.

There's a forfeiture arm of the RICO statute.  Not sure if it will be employed here.  But it's an option.

Biden is also not actually the president, trump still is and is running things from Florida. And also Biden is actually James woods in a mask. So it’s even more peculiar that this non-potus non-Joe Biden is managing to direct the DOJ in such a manner.
