Jimbo 2020: Strangers with Candi

Not to derail from the hilarious Demas/UIL/Meemaw shitshow but there is some hilarity as aggy is starting to realize that the all guard OL theory might be really shitty and that injury issues might put them in an even cubier hole. Human cube updates from aggy247 ::
According to a poster on TA, McCollum is dealing with a medical issue and may not be able to play until around midseason.

I think the imbalance on the OL numbers is the larger problem. The pipeline for G and C looks fine (could be wrong, but at least the volume is there). But who are we going to have at OT next year and the year after? What if a guy goes down this year?
Yeah and amazingly we are recruiting only one OT this class, pretty dumb. This may be Fishers first wtf moment in recruiting, I mean his OL at Florida State sucked ass, so it is a concern
And the one we’re recruiting is 6’3, while the one we recruited last year is playing guard. We’ve had a serious problem getting anything at all out of our prototype tackle recruits and that has to change under Henson. *Don’t reply with people who were drafted years ago*
Smart isn't SEC caliber, he moves slow af. He might be a decent OT in the Big 12 or smaller conferences but does nothing for us at that position. Bankhead moves better than he does. We should get him to take visits and get a legit OT in his place, like Crawford or Harrison, hell Omari Thomas would be a great get at OT
then Tarp takes the top off, unwittingly  ::

Fisher's decline at FSU can be traced directly to the falloff in the OL. Most of the blame fell on Rick Trickett but it's interesting that beyond the guys that played last year that were recruited by Jim Turner that A&M has suddenly developed a lot of issues.
I'm not saying that there's a correlation but it is interesting nonetheless.

These stupid ass comments about a player not being SEC worthy but potentially a fit for the Big 12 is a classic indication of a deep-seated inferiority complex that permeates those individual’s entire life. They are the dipshit at work that everyone snickers about in the coffee area. They are Cruiser from Stripes. Sad.

This is fucking revisionist history. Hilarious. Trickett implemented the OL scheme Jimbo wanted and dictated during his entire tenure. He controlled recruiting to the degree that he wanted to sign off on offers and dictate recruiting to his staff. Fisher also dictates to DCs what schemes they will run. Jeremy Pruitt was complemented at a booster event for his defense and he corrected the person saying "It's Jimbo's defense". Before and after Pruitt, Mark Stoops and Charles Kelly also ran whatever scheme Jimbo told them to. Blaming the position coaches and coordinators is pure bullshit.

Aside from that, OL was not the only reason for FSU's decline. The culture of that program was rotted inside and out from Fisher's management style. WR and LB recruiting were dogshit as well. Dude left so many holes in that roster that placing it squarely on the OL is disingenuous. The OL was complete trash but that is not at all the "direct" reason.

We've seen the issues caused by their lack of self-awareness and general dumbassery from the start while they've been "Don't care, got Jimboing."

Jimbo seems lazy. Rather than recruit all OL positions, he recruits all guards. Rather than recruit all DL positions, he recruits all tackles. Rather than recruit all DB positions, he recruits all safeties. Maybe it's just me, but that's a bad strategy.

You also have to ask yourself how many players Jerry Schmidt is going to kill or almost kill with his meathead coaching techniques.

So Jimbo has recruited Blanton(injured), Jenkins(jag), Matthews(worst brother), Clement(loves the buffet more than football), K. Green (was always a OG), Robinson (may have a future), Trainor (package deal gone awry), Ogunbiyi (may have a future), Chibuzo (Big 12 OT), Bankhead (lulz), and Jefferson (lulz * 2).

Yet, somehow the OL is Sumlin's fault. Do they really know what they are saying? Because the FSU OL was abysmal last year, so I guess that is Jimbo's fault, and he has carried over the same recruiting to aggy.

Fact. Trickett's OL at WVU were night/day different in terms of frame/athleticism, etc ...

This is all Jimbo.

Also, it would be hilarious if they missed on Hayes, who is a stud, but even if they land him, he needs a ton of work in pass pro.

The fact that he is not already an aggy is fucking mind-blowing. He's a really good prospect at a dire position of need from a family chock full of redasses and the only real regional competition going for him is Arkansas. Traylor getting Crawford and Hayes would be an amazing double-fisted dick punch.

if our "clown show" is from 2005 or really 2009 since we played for the nattty that year to now, basically a 9 year run, then what is their drought from 1939 to 2019 called?  an absolute, unequivocal, monumental shit show going on 80 years and counting?

don't look in the mirror aggy, you may just commit suicide.

These fucking idiots. They're trying to tell me that after Demas committed to aggy, that the U(T)IL sent in an undercover agent to North Forest to convince Demas that his home/school situation sucked enough that he should transfer, just so the U(T)IL could deny his eligibility to play football for a different team. Yah, aggy, you nailed it.

(T)UIL .. pronounced “TOOL” .. something we all know as a pointed reference to Aggy.

What are we talking here, is the inferiority complex in a bucket chair or all the way down to a bean bag?

Karen Key Largo's Twitter is locked and private now, fwiw.  Meemaw goes radio silent.  Jimbo probably told her to shut her LuAnn Platter hole.

And really, the shocking part is that she's run her mouth all over twitter and aggy sites up until now. She's an arrogant bitch.

Outhouse. Just straight down into the earth. Of course, they've built a fragile shelf of hollow arrogance and hidden shame that they rest their posteriors on, but when it breaks, it's straight down.

There is still an appetite for folks to dig into stuff like this, basically because there’s concrete proof and a scent trail. Aggies love turning the turret on entities and attempting to force them to capitulate to aggie demands. This is one where the idiots have exposed themselves and garnered our attention because they can’t shut the fuck up about ridiculous conspiracies.

You could basically take Neonmoon’s post, add links and do any other simple digging that suits you, wrap it into a Word, PPT or PDF and ship it to the Robinson guy at Yahoo that did the Lyles story. I don’t know if he’s still there but this is the kind of shit he digs. The NCAA has an electronic inbox for delivering things like this. It’s also not hard to send in to the UT, UH, Tech, LSU, Arky, SMU, OU and OSU athletic programs without comment. Strong odds if you do all that, which would probably take a couple of hours if a few of you crowdsourced it, it’s not crazy to think a story or case comes in from somewhere. This one is as corrupt as a $3 bill.

....but, but....it's all the sip's fault...right?

It's hilarious that he's not SEC good, but maybe Big XII good. You know, a Big XII team (choklahoma) had the best o-line in CFB. No need for facts for them.

What I will never understand is why aggy is so pissed that Demas can't play his senior year? It's obvious he moved for athletic reasons now, but do they really think him playing for a shitty football team, they were 4-3 in district and got destroyed in their playoff game last year, is going to affect his development?

To recap the hilarity of all of this, it is the incessant bleating of aggy conspiracy theories including by the most obvious fucking bag woman on the planet all over twitter and message boards that caused people to look into the situation, only to find that aggy is caught red handed doing some extremely dirty shit that compromises the eligibility of their most prized recruit of the class in order to keep him under their thumb and not allow a flip to happen.

Leave it to the damn sips to turn this back on us and make this look like something it's not!! = Liucci probably

I’ve been saying this since she showed up, but nothing would make me happier than it being her that brings the heat on them.  A geriatric bitch who’s clearly not mentally stable bringing heat on them is as aggy as it gets.  And yeah, I’d like to see the accounting on that charity she works for.  The legit charity of Jimbos, not the 4/5* charity they have going on over there.

I'm sure Texas was thinking football recruiting back in the day. The sinister beginnings of the UIL.

The University Interscholastic League was created by The University of Texas at Austin to provide leadership and guidance to public school debate and athletic teachers. Since 1910 the UIL has grown into the largest inter-school organization of its kind in the world. The UIL continues to operate as part of the University of Texas, under the auspices of the Vice President for Diversity & Community Engagement.

The UIL exists to provide educational extracurricular academic, athletic, and music contests. The initials UIL have come to represent quality educational competition administered by school people on an equitable basis.

The Papa Dunn angle on here is interesting.

So you have a guy who attended UT, didn't graduate from there, but who still seems to like the university. What would it take for a guy like that to help A&M out here?

$$$$$$$$$$

This just all seems like a lot of trouble to keep Demas maroon up to signing, but that is the bag world, eh?

Thanks. I didn't know this info. I am friends with the two aa men on the executive staff and sometimes sit with them at games.
