Mea Culpa to all, I did not recognize that Big Red was such serious bidness.

Big Red has it's place -- in the presence of Tex-Mex or Texas BBQ

Nah, that post was 100% the type of shit that Gabe would have said. Although he would have quoted Donne correctly.

Do people unironically like Big Red? Really? That's a children's drink.

Or maybe the prosecutor opted not to add weapons charges, there’s a lot of woketard prosecutors out there, better run back to Blue Sky for shelter, you seem triggered.

Has nothing to do with being woke. Prosecutors from Texas to Maine prosecute for everything imaginable and then plea down to what's reasonable. Has nothing to do with race, politics, whatever.

It was stated in court today that he wielded a knife and threatened to kill someone.

Sure it was a butter knife and the person was himself, but if you're going to chastise people for incorrect reporting you should probably report correctly yourself.

See, now this is a lawyerly answer.

You could definitely kill someone with a butter knife.

I am not speaking from personal experience her but yes you can. 😉

On its own I would never drink it. But with the right Tex-Mex it is awesome as @C-Man noted. Drinks are all about pairing properly with the food you're eating, you can be surprised sometimes by how well two things pair.

If you want a really controversial pairing let's discuss cool ranch Doritos and orange juice. I think that's a great combo and I've had other people who dared to try it say damn you're right and others say damn you should be committed.

Plus I don’t think she reported to Major and she gave him a raise not the other way around

Wasn’t the black, crippled female track coach doing the same/worse at the time too? Seems like I remember someone posting that. Said Texas was trying to keep her from acting a fool and didn’t want Major bringing her up.

No, the other way around.  He wouldn't leave her alone.  She was trying to break it off.

I know it's reason #25 why this, and he, is stupid. But he's married with children, how did he think this would end? (I know, he didn't) how fucking stupid? (I know, yes). Was he going to live happily ever after with a side piece 20 years younger than him, never getting caught and her never getting tired of messing with a married man? Just plain fucking regarded.

She’s 32 from what I’ve read too. She graduated from Purdue and has been in AA for multiple years. Not sure why people are acting like she’s a kid.

Found this:

"Coach Kearney is a good person and has been very important to the university. However, she made this terrible mistake and used unacceptably poor judgment in having this relationship," Ohlendorf said.

Howard points out that the University of Texas does not have a rule that prohibits relationships between students and professors or coaches, but that the school states that the relationship must be reported.

"The rule she was fired for was not having the relationship, but failing to report. Ten years ago when this relationship started, that rule was brand new," he said. "We think there will be evidence that men who do this are not treated the same as this woman has been treated. That's gender and racial bias if white males engaged in same behavior." Kearney is black.

Paige Shiver, the executive assistant of fired University of Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore, has deep ties to the sports world as the daughter of a veteran Chicago Bears scout, it has been revealed.

The 32-year-old, who was only recently promoted to her current role within Michigan’s athletic department, was swept up in the scandal this week after her now-ex-boss was arrested for allegedly breaking into her apartment armed with a knife.

Paige Shiver later settled in at U-M, where she received a large boost in salary in recent years and worked for Coach Moore, who is married to his wife, Kelli Moore, with whom he has three kids. Shiver has drawn attention because some of her social media accounts have been deleted or privatized, although it's not clear when that occurred. What age is Paige Shiver? Online records give her age as 32.

That is a fair point. I find Big Red disgusting by itself, but it absolutely slaps with some BBQ. Especially if the BBQ is decent but not great, like Rudy's.

The "Rainey Street Ripper" is a rumored serial killer allegedly targeting individuals near Rainey Street and Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas, but a comprehensive study by Texas State University and the Austin Police Department (APD) has found no evidence of butter knives being used to support the existence of such a killer.

Unless I misunderstood something, didn't the blonde white girl assistant go to the admin and confess the whole thing? No doubt saying she was manipulated and coerced by her boss?

Seems like he got fired, knew she turned on him, went off the rails and threatened to kill her for the betrayal. Sounds like his wife went Melania on him, potentially for good reason, and he put his emotional energy into his affair.

Objection, your honor!
