Fun show. Almost 3 years since Season 2 ended. Wife and I will probably have to re-watch previous seasons.

It is a show that certainly isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea. It's an odd mix of genres but I found it very entertaining and enjoyable.

Some sort of event happens in Tokyo and most people disappear and survivors have to play deadly games to survive.
A Japanese squid games. I really enjoyed the first two seasons and thought that was it.

Got damn.

Also, I got through four episodes of Sandman tonight. Pretty damn cool.  I could immediately tell it was from a graphic novel. Tons of famous cast members too. Will continue tomorrow.

Yep, skip that Trainwreck. Pretty boring, no real payoff.

They’re rapid firing trainwrecks and they’re only getting shittier. I saw episode one of the London bombing doc and it’s pretty good so far though

Not sure if you're speaking to Season 1 or 2, which just came out.  Either way, pretty good series.  And that's coming from someone who doesn't read comics or graphic novels.  Just don't look up the guy that created it.  Bad stuff.

Dept Q kicked ass. A couple of questions linger, like what ever happened with the lady at the mental facility. But really really good show.

Morck, Hardy, Akram, Rose are all natural po-lice.

Wow. Just started this. Thank you again for the rec. Csb the bad guy (Toby Kebbell) is my little brother’s friend.

I've enjoyed him (Kebbell, not your lil bro) often since Rock N Rolla.

Watched Becoming Led Zeppelin over the last couple of nights. It was good, but I guess it was true to the title and left me wanting more. I was born in '85, so I realized I've never actually listened to to a Led Zeppelin album from start to finish. I think that is something I need to correct.

Yes it was great but absolutely could have been an episode 1 situation.  Hopefully they will do something similar plotting the rest of it.

I’m not gonna say Trainwreck: Balloon Boy was good, but it’s worth 50 minutes simply for the entire absurdity.

lol just watched it. we watched it from the Minneapolis terminal on our way to TX/OU. thought dad was a nut job and the kid(s) were little shit stirrers then....still think the dad is a nut job and the kids are little shit stirrers today.

Kid goes up to the attic and doesnt hear anybody yelling for him as the balloon flys away, gets bored and falls asleep? complete BS . dad got his fame and sorta got his TV show tho so..

Man they are scraping the barrel for “true crime” on Netflix.  The Amy Bradley doc is worthless.  She went overboard.  Either accidentally or suicide.  Zero evidence of anything else happening.

Saved you an hour and a half.

I watched Untamed, a murder mystery set in Yosemite.  Eric Bana is a NPS investigator.  Decent enough plot but the scenery, even if it is cgi, was worth it.

Damn.  It’s a great series.   Just wrapped it up.  Scenery alone was worth the watch.   Story was wild as well.

My entire timeline is filled with people gushing about Kpop Demon Hunters, how it proves that people are down with original content, and how it eats Disney's lunch.

Gonna go ahead and disagree with you on this.  I thought it was interesting.  Not flawless, but interesting.

And if you think there is "zero evidence of anything else happening," you're overlooking quite a bit of evidence.

I would start with Houses of the Holy or Presence. Both are over 50yrs old and they damn sure don't make music like that anymore.

The only "evidence" is some unreliable eyewitness accounts of sightings happening months to years after her disappearance and some questionable analysis of online photos.  I found none of it credible or interesting at all.

At 5:30 am she was seen on the balcony of her family's room.  Nothing happened to wake up a room full of sleeping people between 5:30 - 6 am, at which point she was noticed missing.

So the kidnap theory is that she left the room of her own accord barefoot in a t-shirt and jeans sometime between 5:30- 6 am, and her kidnappers saw that she had left her room, were able to snag her from a public area of the ship without notice, and then smuggle her unnoticed off of the ship in Curacao.  Oh, and the ringleader of this kidnapping effort was the bass player of the ship's band... and the entire ship's crew was in on identifying and assisting with the abduction of young women for Caribbean sex-trafficking.

I looked at it, read the Episode highlights and noped right out of it as the synopsis for the last episode was along the lines of "More clues? No answers?". I deduced this was a case of "reason to shit on cruise lines", which deserve it, but I don't need to watch a story anout a drunk girl on a ship with no firm conclusion. The time I spent reading the episode synopsis was plenty.

There is only one recommendation and I am surprised that it took this long in the Movies & TV Forum:

"Unreliable eyewitness accounts" = four different people who don't know each other stating that they saw her in different places at different times after the boat docked.  And at least one of those witnesses saw the tasmanian devil tattoo she had.  I'm not sure I agree with you a hundred percent on your police work, there, Lou.

Look, I don't know what happened to her, and it's impossible to state definitively what happened to her just from watching that Netflix documentary.  My only point is that your "zero evidence" comment simply isn't correct.  There is, in fact, substantial evidence that she didn't fall overboard (either assisted or not).  The problem is that evidence isn't conclusive.  But, then again, neither is the evidence relating to the "she went overboard" theory.  (No body ever washed up, all kinds of evidence that she wasn't suicidal, etc.)

Except that immediately after that reference, the song on the soundtrack is Kashmir . . . which isn't on the IV album.  A mistake that has always annoyed me . . .

Cameron Crowe wrote that movie, so I am sure that was the joke.
