Fuck Kayleigh and her headache and all the other enabling babysitters.

I hope she hasn’t had a night with more than three hours of sleep for this entire year. I hope he texts her and calls her at all hours of the night. I hope she has to frantically print and collate hundreds of pages for her dumb binders multiple times a day for every fleeting insane idea Trump comes up with. I hope she hasn’t had a decent meal all year. I hope her new baby thinks the nanny is her real mother. I hope she doesn’t have enough time to do laundry so she has to wear yesterday’s dirty underwear inside out. I hope she hasn’t had time to go to the dentist and has a cavity as a result. I hope she’s lost every friend she’s ever had. I hope her husband is cheating on her.

She’s fucking Goebbels with hair extensions and a TJ Maxx wardrobe. She deserves every horrible consequence and then some for being Trump’s mouthpiece.

talk about her bag

What's the significance of 1/6 to Trumpers? My Trump-hating 15-year-old daughter said she's run across that date in her social media travels.

It's their next coup attempt date, as laid out under the Red Mirage strategy planned out by Kenneth Starr.  I will see if I can find a link.

Trump Allies Eye Long-Shot Election Reversal in Congress, Testing Pence

Quote

Some House Republicans plan to try to use Congress’s tallying of electoral results on Jan. 6 to tip the election to President Trump. The attempt will put Republicans in a pinch.

President Trump lost key swing states by clear margins. His barrage of lawsuits claiming widespread voting fraud has been almost universally dismissed, most recently by the Supreme Court. And on Monday, the Electoral College will formally cast a majority of its votes for President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr.

But as the president continues to refuse to concede, a small group of his most loyal backers in Congress is plotting a final-stage challenge on the floor of the House of Representatives in early January to try to reverse Mr. Biden’s victory.

Constitutional scholars and even members of the president’s own party say the effort is all but certain to fail. But the looming battle on Jan. 6 is likely to culminate in a messy and deeply divisive spectacle that could thrust Vice President Mike Pence into the excruciating position of having to declare once and for all that Mr. Trump has indeed lost the election.

The fight promises to shape how Mr. Trump’s base views the election for years to come, and to pose yet another awkward test of allegiance for Republicans who have privately hoped that the Electoral College vote this week will be the final word on the election result.

the gop vs maga showdown is something that needs to happen before 2024.

that fight will save us all.

I feel like this is the plot to The Clone Wars with Sidious creating a war that he controls both sides of (Separatatists and Republic) so he can create chaos in order to be granted Emergency Powers, suspend democracy and invoke martial law. Then when the battle gets to a height he issues order 66.

Whose going to hold them accountable? Nobody, that's who. More than 75 million people still voted for this scum, and will do so next time, because socialism and babies. Anything the democrats do will backfire. They impeached the fucking president and ended up underperforming in the polls all over the fucking place. The "swing" voters in this country will always default to conservatism, anything the left does to rock the boat causes them to go conservative. If the dems lead a charge prosecute the current traitors, it will backfire, guaranteed. Again, THE RULES APPLY TO DEMOCRATS AND NOT REPUBLICANS. In the post-trump era, the traitors will be asked repeatedly "remember that time you supported President Trumps attempt to overturn the will of the people?" Like always they'll answer "I appreciate what President Trump accomplished, although I didn't always support his way of doing things." This gets them off the hook. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

This country is dead as we know it, but I disagree with how many of you are characterizing it. It won't be some publicly acknowledged death, it will just continue to hum along with republicans dominating because of her emails and obamacare is evil arrrrgggghh!

IMO that humming going to come to a stop soon. The end is clear now with big tech getting the legal attention (it rightfully deserves), at least as I see it is. Once that reaches the tech speculative dollars the stocks will look south. That will definitely be before 2024.

Then lots of diseases will have to fight it out sadly.

Just keep the nukes down please. Ya'll homies be good. Grip and sip

This should be the start of many. Powell should be forced to defend herself all over the country. She will eventually pull a trump and file bankruptcy. Good.

Yep.

A lot of these that were poured out on injunctive relief, like this one, are still pending.

I'm not sure anymore when a federal judge loses jurisdiction to impose sanctions after an outright dismissal.  Probably not until 30 days after entry of judgment, at the earliest.

And the appeals of all of them may change that some, too.

I'm not a lawyer, but this seems like an pretty extraordinary comment for a judge to make in a lawsuit verdict:

Quote

“In fact, this lawsuit seems to be less about achieving the relief Plaintiffs seek—as much of that relief is beyond the power of this Court—and more about the impact of their allegations on People’s faith in the democratic process and their trust in our government.”

It's an extraordinary case.  But yeah, that's pretty harsh.

One thing too about the Kraken suits that isn't brought up in that motion for Rule 11 is that they all regurgitated theories that had been pretty roundly rejected in other cases.  Although that rejection hadn't made it to the appeals courts in time to be binding on Powellco, it cuts against arguments for good faith extension of existing law.  They didn't even cite the other decisions and argue why they were wrong, they just ignored them.
