I am hearing Matt Campbell to Nebraska, done deal, AD already loading up the song "Signed Sealed Delivered" on his Spotify playlist for a big announcement soon after the OU game.

Campbell is a good coach, not a retard.

I don't see Campbell taking that job. Imagine ISU with a bigger stadium and a fanbase that expected to compete for NC's; that's basically Nebraska at this point. The disparity between expectations and the reality of their situation is probably wider than any other program. In that sense, it's arguably the toughest job in the country.

I’m still shocked that he outright said that they had to throw out their game plan vs. Illinois because they came out in a 4 man front and they were expecting a 3 man. Every fucking 8-man school in the state is better prepared than that.

It's a trick General, they's two of them!

Cool. 22-30, Illinois, but really that last 6pts for NE was on a 4th and 4 at the Illinois 4 with 2:41 remaining. 22-30 looks better than 16-30, but not by much.

Now what about the defense? Last year's game in NE was very similar with a score of 41-23, Illinois. The defense was better, but not by much.

They should do this:

1. Hire a scumbag coach.  Lane Kiffin.

2. Bring back county scholarship program ala BYU.

3. Turn Lane loose for recruiting.

Then, they’ll be back.

But they’ll do this:

1.  Hire Josh Heupel.

2. Watch him get fatter.

3. Finish fifth in their division.

I was watching the other game on at the same time as the Illinois game, and saw Todd Graham has been head coach at Hawaii for a total of five games. For coach Todd Graham, that is a very long time to be at just one place. I think he would pick up and leave for any gig on the mainland.
